what can i say the w850 is a great phone. just a bit dissappointed that it does not have wi-fi. but it doing just fine.

hi guys just want you to know that i already have n95 and it is really amazing my god! it costs too much but it was very worth it! for those who can afford it pls dont hesitate! its only 55k @ greenhills, phil. :) and i also love w850 i have this phone since May of '06 -qc_bi

da screen goes bright wen u r in a bit dark place coz da light sensor on top of da memory card slot..n vice versa...

yes you can change the message alert tone to a music file. ive tried it. its great!

i just bought this phone on boxing day from o2 and its a FAB! great looks, great music, great functionality...you name it!
the one thing that i dont like is the video camera. very blurry when recording and stutters aswell. other than that, ITS GREAT!
one question though... why does the screen keep going bright then dark then bright then dark again?

I have gone thru most of the review but still had this question and if someone cud help me out. I am looking for a phone which is the loudest and the clearest of all the sony phones and a mediocre camera wit 2 MP is fine. It has to b a sony erisson. Thnnx

in the samsung range when you slide the fone down it cancels the thing your doing can you do it in the w850i if so how??????

the w550i is WAYYYYY louder than the w850.
is there something to make the volume on he w850 louder? please reply. thanks

also, i have the white one, which i thinks the nicest, but it depends who you are, i am a girl so i prefer white.. anyway!! the camera is cool too, tough about the autofocus, lmao :) :P

I got this phone for christmas yesterday, and it ROCKS!!! to anyone who is looking for a new decent phone, BUY THIS!!! as for the people that moan about the nav pad, its only taken me a day to get used to it, and its such a great music player too, it really is the best phone ive had!! WOO!! :D now i dont need to carry my mp3 around with me all the time!

ermmm..im still deciding whether to buy this phone onot,because in my mind i got 3 phone that i wan,n73,k800 n w850.i dont know which is better?i like to play music n bigger megapixels.but as i heard from my fren that joystick phone,spoilt very fast.so im very confused n worried bout it.can anyone help n giv some suggestion??? thanx alot!!!!

so i'm getting this phone soon and i just want to know if
1)the camera at the front of the phone(the one for video calling) can be used to take pictures too?
2)Are the pictures taken as clear as those taken using the back camera?

can anybody help me? when ending a call on the w850 just closing the phone doesn't work. Is there a setting that can be changed or is this a fault?

i wld definitely prefer w850 instead of n73...w850 has a bright screen, satisfactory photo images, great sound quality...although some might suggest tt d nagitivity pad is difficult to click, it's pretty easy to get use to it...so no worries! =)
