Big let down. Not really a big enough reason to upgrade or change from a 800 810 700 walkman. Software seems to have only minor upgrades. Ugly and still bulky. Broke my little geek heart. Esp at the price point, K800i cost about the same on contract. Sony we love you just don't keep repeating mistake.

Please can somebody update me if this phone plays aac audioformat, because in w800,it was stated tha it plays but it doesnt.Urgentplz....

right now. A lot smaller in size
than I had expected,
shame the camera doesn't
have any autofocus. Agree with the
other guy posting here, easy to collide with the walkman button
when pushing up on the navipad.

I just got this phone today in Sweden (26 Sept) took a while to set up. One problem during setup was that I dont have 3G enabled on my Sim card (although my provider supports it), only GSM/GPRS at the moment, and the phone kept cyclically losing the GSM/GPRS network until I disabled 3G in the phone. I only had this problem because the phone is new an my provider didnt had automatic configuration available for the phone yet.
Initial feelings are good, only gripes so far is the memory stick is impossible to remove without a pen or something like that and the up "arrow" key is too close to the walkman key.
Or maybe I have big fingers...
I have a PSP, so it's nice to be able to use the same memory cards in the phone. Not that it matters but surprisingly the memory stick included was a Scandisk branded and not Sony branded. The phone played back dvd ripped mp4 files without a problem.
Menus feel a tiny bit slow, but not that noticable.
But a nice phone!

i know this phone is coming out next month in hk! and the price is a bit higher than i expected anyway it's time to get rid of my 6280!!! totally crap.
