Well, today recieved the SE W880i.
Nice outside, bad inside. Bad sound. Really bad, don't compare it to the W810i of the W850i. No FM-Radio and no Flash.

if there is one thing that ericsson is establishing a niche on is the phone's portablitiy. this is important to people like me because i hang my phone on my neck. i am a music lover and i enjoyed using my w810 and now my w850 to listen to my music, phones which proved to be a worthy replacement of mp3 players.
just look at it this way. this is a very portable phone which fortunately comes with mp3 player, a decent camera and 3g capabilities. isnt that enough?

looks like a really good phone.everything you need in a small shell.may be difficult sending txts when drunk considering how small the buttons are.im going to buy one regardless

yes its drawn in photoshop...
you think Se will design and create a fone directly, manually? of course they will design it first in a technically drawn presentation. common..... you should have already know that.

9.4mm is too much slim and some features were lost it should be only 14mm, SE shouldn't compromise other features seen in W610 like autofocus lens and FM radio. and this one looks quite ugly. don't think anyone would buy it instead they'll be relying with the W850 or the W610!
SE stop this joke! Stop copying samsung's slim concept coz they're features sucks!!

most important component for a cameraphone...

@ viki common when do u need more than 1000 contacts, r u serious i dont no anyone who has more than 1000 contacts plus ur sim card provids u with 250 more contacts that 1250 different contacts....

yes i have pics of them, i heard w910i is upgrade of w900. the k620i is a new version of w610i, and the w890 is a new sliding design of walkman (upgrade of w850i). SE is still working on this HP specially w890i,its the last walkmanfone to be annouced this 2007.

Well.. to me, a phone is a phone, a mp3 player is a mp3 player, and a camera is another.. i dun like to squeeze them together in just one phone..So i think this phone is already too good for me since i already ahd my ipod and digital cam..w910i,w890i and w620i? any pics of these phones?

There is always in all model of SE a limitation of Phone book as they have not provided it advance in any of the phone. phone book memory should be more then 1000 as given in most of the models.

hey you ask too much for a super slim fone.
it lack many features like autofocus,flash and edge. do you think a 9mm fone could have all you wanted? this fone is for fashion design, superslim, thats why its limited and only has the most basic features like 3G,Camera(2mp) and mp3. Not all walkman will have all we want, if it does, so who wants the next fone? its buisness tactics. all fones with diff features and scrumbled features so we could compare 1 from the other, not like nokia who does it all in a single fone,they think its good(reaaly not), the result.. too many features thats why their fones always hangs, then people gets dissapointed, will shift from other brands, Almost all nokia fones has it all, almost nothing to compare, almost nothing to upgrade,almost all of them hangs alot beacause of overload features.
wait for the bigtime walkmans this mid-late2007. this w910i,w890i and w620i are the real top walkmans this 2007.
