Anonymous, 03 May 2009this phone is crap. the battery sucks. iv serviced it a cou... moreits evident u had a bad unit or u are a nokia fan trying to badmouth the phn.i had mine for a year plus nw and no complains bro.SE ROCKS!

Do you know how to use the SE W880 as modem by connect it to a PC by the way of the USB cable?
Or can you step me doing it by the way of bluetooth?

cool phone, had mine for two years, love the fact that its small enough to fit in your pockets, due for an upgrade, still not sure what to take. Problems i expereinced:
1. sometimes the speaker is very soft, can hardly hear the peson on the line.
2. data cable never worked, not connecting at the phone input, same with the charger.
3. phone hangs, maybe i just need a software upgrade.
4. from yesterday the phone doesn't read the pics on the memory card.
but like i said, time for an upgrade, actually really happy with the phone over the last 2 years.

itz jus a camera to make video call with. ask ur service provider if they have that feature.
to use it go to>
>Organizer
>Video Call.
u can use "more" and then select "layout" and then "switch Pictures".
i was disappointed @ first when i found out it wasnt a secondary cam tht u can take out pics with.

this phone is crap. the battery sucks. iv serviced it a couple of times coz i bought it when the price was sky high. the battery bloated twice!! speakers are pathetic. It looks beautiful though, but there's a whole lot in the market to choose from nowadays. so go 4 something else

2-Is GPRS 3G or 2G service?

Guys, the disadvantage of all sony ericsson phones is that the message alert tone is played with the maximum time of 10 secs and it is not advisable to use songs as message alert tones. Who knows perry the platypus from phineas and ferb? he has a theme song which is played everytime he do his job and that tone is cannot be used as message alert tone beacause it is too long to fit in the 10 sec time limit

Could tell me how to make the calling sound better becuase the caller difficult to here me properly.
