Unfortunately, I can not agree with you.
W890 sound quality is lousy!
The battery is weak. (for many users!)
I guess there are some manufacturing problem and/or lack quality control.
The specifications as far as sound quality is not available from anybody (not SE not reviewers) - unlike for many other phones.
My personal subjective (and only subjective opinions available) assessment is that the W890 sound quality is worst than average!
By the way, before the fanatics getting nasty again - I hope the G900 will be a great phone and good replacement of the W890.

Nokia and SE are not better than each other they both make good models and they both make cr@p models.
This phone is a great music phone, as are most SE's, if you are after a music phone SE are more value and this is the perfect example

THESE ARE THE FACTS!
Recently reported problems with W890 on this forum - look back, and see them yourself - reported by others (not me)!
- bad reception
- low speaker volume
- slow software (waiting for firmware updata)
- lousy camera performance
- unit turns off regularly without reason
(miossing calls)
- battery problems
- horrible customer service
Other facts:
W890 does NOT have:
- NO autofocus
- NO Flash
- very limited memory
- small buttons, adult (normal male) unable to use it comfortably even for dialing - forget text message sending!!!
- small screen (unusable for web)
- NO WIFI/WLAN
W890´s price dropped 35% in 6 week!!!!
(just because it is such a great phone!:)
I do not remember any other phone which lost so much value in such a short time.
TRY TO DEBATE THESE!
But, you can not so have been leaving NASTY COMMENTS!
But you dare to do it only without id yourselves - you are cowers.
But, that is ok.
You are probably 8-years old kids got no friends and live in cyberspace and live out your aggression by insulting everybody who dare to question SE superiority!
Although obviously 93% of people decides to buy NOT SE because they think something else than SE is better for them! (anything but SE!!!)

first you should understand that you r in the se forum and telling wrong comment for many time about SE,this is the reason why the people speaking wrong thing about u.Forum is just only for discussion not to disgrade.
if u know any goodthing about SE let us tell or if u want to tell wrong comment on SE against nokia kindly inform it in nokia Forum not here because SE user love their phone and
they are not welcome by the wrong comment against sonyericsson.So i asked u to speak only gud thing about SE in SE forum otherwise please leave out.because SE having different feature apart from nokia.I am the user of both nokia N70 and SE phones i know which phone is best.nokia for connections and office use while SE for multimedia,ergonomics,internet with fun.

w890 great phone, slim, light, looks the business and all the great usual se features. i've been a massivs se fan since the w800i and working in the mobile industry was nicknamed sony ericsson boy but i this is my second 890 now and both suffered so badly with reception problems i have had to resort back to using a nokia - disapponted.
