Does anyone have any problem with the phone switching off by itself when you turn the flip??

im using my w900i for a week now.. great! no scratches in all corners.. the quality of the pictures and videos >> SO AWESOME! no regrets at all.. worth buying for..

Hello everyone, I got the so call "WHITE SCREEN OF DEATH" AND, MY PHONE DOES NOT WORK anymore, when i plug it to my computer it not only flashes the white screen but also starts to vibrate. Can anyone tell me why it is doing that and how I can get that fix? without having to ship it out of the country, being that SE usa doesnt recognized this phone. OK i think this is the FIRST time i have asked a question, usualy i answer! lol
i want peoples opionions on the camera.
NOT its quality but its build. since it dose not have a camera lense protector (Like the 750i) it would be exposed to alot more dust and prone to scraches.. has anyone had any problems with this?

It's the best non-smartphone... It lacks nothing but it has huge dimensions... Anyway whoever used to its size (someone who owned a SE S700 4 instance) will be realy pleased!!!

yes. after visiting the site now on a number of occasions, i too can not find the link for Firmware updates. I have noticed SE have updated the layout of the site just recently so i can only assume that this option has been taken off line untill the whole site is up to date. maybe check back next week, i will anyways.
also about the Online option using the phone as a modem. this is VERY expencive and i would recomend only use this if you A) NEED to use the internet BADLY or B) just dont care about your phone bill as it can become expencive very quickly :P
First of all install the applications from the SE cd that came with the phone
Then connect the phone and install all the drivers
Go into Start>Programs>Sony Ericsson>Mobile Networking Wizard.
Your phone should be recognised at this point and you should go to Create a new GPRS/UMTS connection, the next window name your connection e.g. K750i or whatever (also check create desktop icon for ease of use). All the rest should be default values, then finish. Double click the icon on the desktop and you should be away!

I knew that there's no w900i include in software update, but I'm still trying to download it.... after I following the steps, Sony Ericsson will recognize my phone model online...... btw mine is successfully upgraded..... (sorry for my bad english...)

I just went to the SE website and looked for the firmware update of the W900i and to my amazment or disapointment there is no way to get to the firmware updates. So if any one could provide us with a DIRECT LINK to the page where you download it from then it will really be appreciated!!!

well i did go to that page u linked us. but the file said its compatible with some of the sony ericsson models but it didnt include w900i.
another thing thats bothering me is the .gif images. my phone doesnt play em as quick as its supposed to be. like running a game with a graphics card that cant support it :/ can any1 help me on that ?
