i think it sucks up the battery when u got walkman on while the phone is on phone mode.

kool phone but the battery life is dissapointing.it lasts me 1 day with average use.tried changing d battery but its d same.any ideas....

I am about to get this phone. The last one i had was not compatible with windows 98se. Can someone please verify that this phone will allow me to download music from my ancient old computer onto this phone and play it as an mp3?! thanks xx

what firmware are you running? this cold be a cause of your problems. when did u get it?
about the radio reception.. dude, this phone has no radio :S only MP3 support.
unless you mean Phone reception? this is not the phone but your service providor, try take your sim card out and place it into another phone. is it any better or the same?
but as i said, firm wre couild be the cause of your menu playing up

i dont know the actual question. but the camera in the face of the phone is alot smaller, ofcourse its going to take smaller pictures. its only a VGA.

Spectacular design, pretty image, but its software is simply the worst. Two months of use accessing Internet and the phone restarted alone in each 6th or 7th access. The applications that downloaded from Internet, were lost often. Finally, all the menu of this phone disappeared without evident reason, so my phone was something like a music box only, because I could access the walkman application only, phone features could not work at all. On other hand, the radio device has a terrible signal of reception, understanding that it depends on the place where my phone is or the radio transmissor. Wonderful in appearance, but in essence it needs too much to be mixed. Nor Sony Ericsson could say or explain me what was the actual problem with my phone, simply they replaced it for other one after that I had to wait almost two months.

can anyone tell me if sony ericsson phones have OS? cos n70 can become a wireless webcam..does anyone know if w900 can be so too?

now that I HAVE the W900i , I can tell u answer for question 1 , yeah , u can take pics AND video using ur front camera , but u must change the setting when using the camera to "Self-Potrait" , pics and videos are taken in 160x120 ONLY .

For the love of god, will somebody tell us WHERE on the SE website you can download the new w900i firmware? People here keep saying "check out the SE website". WHERE ON THE GODAMN WEBSITE??? There's nothing that I can see that is remotely related to w900i firmware update. Tell me now before I shoot myself!

UUmm, can anyOne help ME...
1= CAN the FRONT CAMERA take pictures also???
2= wil the alarm keep ongoing until like you havent touch the phone (say like 10 mins of continuing alarm?)
