Do not buy this phone. Features are old. No 3.5 mm jack. No wi-fi. And VERY EXPENSIVE. SE, your products are not gold. If you keep your pricing above the competition, it will be your DEATH. Price yourself out of the competition. Have you seen the Samsung Jet, the LG Arena, the Nokia 5800, the Nokia E73, the Nokia E55? Check them out. They are light years ahead of this expensive piece of chogorgor.

Suggested imrovements
1-Better camera, because the camera on this phone is no where near the Cybershot brand, not neccesarily more mega pixels, but clearer colors!
2-Faster processor,, the phone is quite sluggish.
3-3.5mm jack
If this phone had the above suggestion it would've been perfect.

I bought this phone yesterday
WARNING: THIS CAMERA IN THIS PHONE IS NOT EVEN NEAR THE CYBERSHOT SERIES, SO BE CAREFUL.
The phone is a bit sluggish.
The sound quality is great, but not so much compared to my creative ZEN paired with sennheisers cx300.
It somes with 8GB
A bit disapointed as I bought this phone for the camera because i thought it was the same as the cybershot.

ashley , 30 Jun 2009i certainly agree to what u say,as people only know to crit... morei think SE will always make these adaptors for their realy good earphones because they are trying to deliberately make the earphones short making it virtualy imposiible to use these short earphones in devices that has a built in 3.5mm jack like ipods, nokias, samsung and lg.

What you only know is all about features/specs in a crap body. It's like you will prefer laptop super specs in Acer not in Sony VAIO. Sony/SE phones has the standards to maintain....
Besides, if this phone doesn't have your beloved 3.5mm jack, you can try and enjoy the bluetooth headseats! Or, if you don't want to spend more money for that bluetooth headseats, W902 has a free HPM-77 power headseats...

Yogee, 24 Jun 20093.5mm jack is a port to add your external headphones. but ... morei certainly agree to what u say,as people only know to criticize,they need to understand that SE are not fools its not difficult for then to make 3.5 mm jack ,SE handset comes with poserfull headset which also has 3.5 mm jack .

Anonymous, 26 Jun 2009i don't like this phone. it is very expensive, has no 3.5 m... moredud,i know that u are a crepy nokia fan.but if u check out the SE W995 its the best multimedia phone created ,nokia does not have all features in one phone,but this one has music,video,big screen great designe has gps ,wlan almost all the features are available in this phone,and talking abt nokia all the phones sucks it just have big names but good for nothing ,to open an app or music it will take ages,nokia phone,s are slow and they also hang.and the reason SE phones are expensive is because they give quality and not quantity ,and with nokia its the other way round..............take care
