i encouter the same prob like tis b4
after i take the shop and the staff do me a master reset then is fine
but remeber to backup all the contact 1st
accr to the staf if cannot solve have to t ake to factory to reinstall the software

Hand set is look good but key pad is small and when phone is open ist not look good also memory card is expensive, function is not well

Do not buy nokia they give much more problems then ather phone becuese they stuff the there phone too full and then the software cant handel it then they give problems thats way i like SE they dont stuff the phone to full thats way there software is stable i whas a nokia fan but all there phones gived me problems then h went to SE and not one phone i ever had gived me problems so DONT BUY NOKIA
