This phone is great the sound quility is very good camera is very good in dylight this phone is great if the phone restarts wen you busy with someting the Phone is updating itself and its only in the begining when you get your phone after a while it wil stop restarting then the phone is finish uptading itself and every w910i does it

Anonymous, 06 Jul 2008this phone is interesting, look very nice & good. if i have... moresir, i love sony erricsson phones and i am using the brands phones from 5 years but recently onfeb 2007 i brought w580i phone. i had lots of problems on my mobile the speaker was not working when attending the call and restarting all time within a month phone was dead i took it to the authorised service centre accel in greams road, chennai. he told that there is a drop of water has logged in in the middle of circuit but tere was no water but he says is fungus but he cannot prove or show me.
after arrgument he said it might be sweat or drop of soft drink might have gone inside. i asked the stupid guy that if water goes inside the circuit it cant go from the top because it is covered it should be entered fromthe edges but there is no sign of water fungus in the pcb. he didnt accept my arrgument and throwed my phone on the table. i brought my phone for 13000rs it worked only for three months.
i had no other way than to buy a new phone again i went to showroom and decided to buy nokia but i was not satisfied of nokia models and i brought sony w910 i it was working fine for one month and started giving problem becoz of the software getiing hanged restarting on its own i installed the updated software it works for a day agian starts giving problem.
sony phone are no value for money they get repair, sony gives fancy picture quality and exellent sound quality and user friendly software butno lifeeeeeeeeeee and relaibality
plz dont but sony erricsson mobiles

kenny, 04 Jul 2008hello, i just bought this hp and i was wondering... when so... morehey. erm. ya. it's like that i think. for sony ericsson phones. they won't play you the whole mp3 track. although i don't own this phone, i owned the older walkman phone. which also can't play mp3 tracks at full length. so i just use their preset sms tones.

hello, i just bought this hp and i was wondering... when someone txt me and i receive it according to the ringtone that i set, and the problem is that the length of the ringtones is last than 10sec not according to the original song. so pls can someone tell me how? thank u.. plz reply me anyone

So far the salesmen would not let me exchange for a new one, and instead they told me to wait for their manager, but the manager went out of town. Therefore, i have to wait for a week for the manager to come back. They also insist me to master reset the phone (which i totally forgot -.-) and try it until their manager comes back. So basically im just trying it to see if the same problem occurs and wait for the manager to come back.

if you refer to your contact data, then i guess not...
maybe if you put other data (pictures, ringtones, themes, etc). On internal memory then meybe yes.

To be honest, is the problem occurring because I saved all my data on the the sim card? hence it takes time to load from there. Or should it be fine from where ever I saved the data?

by the way, at the back of my phone it says 08W24.. I guess that's the manufacturing date? so somewhere around June of 2008! :) No worries about product failure then since it's not an old unit..

just got my SE W910i yesterday and I'm having sooooooooo much fun with it! I LOVE IT!!!!! :) my SE K770i Cybershot has a better camera (3.2 megapixel w/ autofocus and LED Flash) but when it comes to music, my w910 is waaaay better! There are lots of things that I love about it..
- large screen
- very clear and bright display
- slim design
- music quality is superb
- speaker is very loud
- you can automatically change your view from portrait to landscape by tilting the phone sideways
- you can tilt the phone to the left to play the previous song and to the right to play the next song. you can shake it to shuffle the songs
- the camera might not be great but it's good
- the flash wallpapers move from side to side when you tilt your phone side to side!! how cool is that????
- battery life is very long
there are soooooo much more! :) i just love it a lot.. i got the MPS-70 portable speakers with it and it's rocking!!!!!!! :) go get one!!!! :)
