Refer to previous post...I meant paste a 0.2 cm thickness sticker/paper/plastic (whatever that doesn't conduct elctricity) on the battery body to fill up the inner void (not the battery cover side) that prevent connetor from the slightest movement. Hope this will help with the draining issues. It works for mine...Cheers~~
Oh ya...things like turning off 3G can save power...turning off the phone at the end of the day will prevent electrostatics on the main board which will prevent distortions on music and upsetting the rams.
Try the above mentioned... you'll see the potential performance of this phone in the overall function.
These so-called issues were not issues at all. You guys must believe the quality of SE.
Be it software updates...detail settings...special features...learn to use the phone properly even if your a mobile retXXd...(kekeke...sorry for that)...than you will grab the enjoyment of each new handphone released ...be it any brand.

Juz bought 2 sets of W910i last weekend (a white and a red version)And the comments on these latest generation of W910i is as follows:
1) Sound - Better with good earphones than through speaker but not as ideal as the W850i and certain other model/brand. 7/10 ratings.
2) Camera - Good with 2.0 mp (No malfunctioning) 8/10 ratings.
3) User Interface - Very good compared to other brands as usual. 10/10 ratings.
4) Battery Life - varies for my case (maybe its becoz of the connector or quality of battery from the production in China) 6/10 ratings.
5) Hardware - Made of solid materials as usual like other models from SE. 10/10 ratings.
6) Software - Improved and friendly using. 9/10 ratings.
7) Design - Sleek and appropriate. 9/10 ratings.
8) Reception - Comfortably clear and stable. 10/10 ratings.
9) Web surfing - A breeze ... ease using ...and fast. 10/10 ratings.
10) Multi-Tasking - Superb~~ 10/10 ratings.
I actually remedied the battery draining problem with a little adjustment. As there is gaps in the battery compartment...try to paste a 0.2mm thick sticker on the back of the battery to enable proper connection between phone and battery to prevent charges leaking. Surprisingly, it works normal again for my case. Dun overcharge your battery as this is Lithium based. The batteries are actually very good though its made in China.
Overall this is a very very good phone compared to a lot of brands and models. SE had responded with more stability for this classy model. Best buy at the moment for its price. i would give it a 8/10 ratings overall. SE... Keep it up~~

my phone's current sofware is RFA030...just downloaded it....I love his phone..i have it for 3 months now and it works well..no problem so far...anyway..i didn't buy it in jakarta..hahaha...

if your friend's dictionary can't be used in his phone, then that file is not compatible with Java Platform.
Try to find dictionary which compatible with Java Platform or if your friend has symbian phone, he may install it in there.

if the speaker is bad sony ericsson might have done something wrong considering this phone is from the walkman line. So it needs to have goog sound quality and good external speakers

the restart problem happened with my phone too...
it is just a software problem which u can get fixed from any SE service centre for free.

indeed, this is a great phone, great audio quality, tons of features, and good design.
Be sure to update your firmware to avoid the restarting anf freezing issues and to improve the performance of your phone...

is there any way i can change the version of my w910i? i've bought it with some sort of hongkong version.. where in some of the applcation were in chinese characters.. is there a way i can change it to some sort of us version? or is there a way i can change the chinese characters in english? also is it possible to erase the default applications and games?? thnx. pls reply...
