Most of the issues (Battery dying too quick, sluggish speed, random restarts) you guys are having can easily be remedied if you guys just upgraded your firmware. Please do your research before you bash this amazing handset.

ive had a W910i and anybody wanting to get it should know that this music phone is only for music. its hopeless at anything else and the shake feature is a complete con, (it practically pressing next since you have to keep the walkman button in). the reason i got rid of mine was when my cousins HTC played louder and more clearly than my supposed music phone.

Bad phone. So many technical issues need to address by SE company. Shuts down randomly... Restart.. etc... I have my phone replaced but unavailable, maybe because of some tech'l issues. I just refund it.

It had some problems but they all are fixed now and its sound, battery and every things alse is very very coooooooooool!

dis phone suckzz...dun u dare 2 buy it..i bought dis phone not more than a month..but its not functionally well..3 times its doesnt work properly..DONT BUY DIS PHONE!!!!

@jade: Maybe your phone memory is full? try to move some files into memory card
@N95a: I have this phone since mid-february and the keypads still stand strong. No cracking.

Hi, i only got my W910i phone last december and now when evre i tried to open the applicated or games it doesnt work and shows an error "operation failed" what should i do?

Phone design excellent but it does have problems like shutdowns by itself and freezing when editing in PhotoDj even after a firmware upgrade. If the software could be fixed it would probably be a very very good phone to have.

1. Download the updte service application from SE's website.
2. Install it into your computer.
3. Run the Application. It'll take somtime but be patience.
4. After that, choose your language, your type of phone
5. Follow the instruction afterwards.
oh btw, a new update firmware has just been released. The software is R1CF030
