dissapointed with the phone sound with hifi. n i give 2/10 for sound using a hifi. Though the sound quality is good, but rather weak. (You cannot control sound level from the phone, once connected to a hifi system)
My sound system sounded much better with W950i and it was much louder than this. (you could even control the sound level from phone). With w910 I have to put the sound system on full i.e my car sound system which does not have an amp. (50x4 built-in amp) It has an external amp only for a sub. Here is the danger bit, becoz when my phone rings and the sound system is on full there is a terrible low note from the Subwoofer. a loud DUBBBBBBB! as if the subwoofer has exploded! n like i said W950 was much louder and didnt have this problem, it would simply mute before it would ring and no problem to the system.

I got my SE W850 from HK, completely different from what my friend got from the US which was from the UK. Was not compatible for 850/EDGE.
I traded it in for a fashion phone, RAZR MaxxV6, same thing, incompatible with Canada's 1900/EDGE band.

Any phone(not grey market ones) that you can buy in Hong Kong, their software are internationally compatible. Mainland China is a different story cause their government still didn't approve the use of 3G.
What you buy from HK for US$350 is the W910i; which is internationally compatible version ....not the same model as for mainland China!
Your statement is wrong & misleading! Pls. do some research before posting the next time.....

Anyone care to clarify?
Also, SMAPE's review just sounds like it's from someone who overanalizes. It's good that it's from a different stand point, but sometimes it seems it causes for people to be a bit slow;
"(orange seems to be the trademark color of the Walkman series)"
And they seem to also lean in towards Nokia as well, patronizing them for using the 3.5mm jack as if it were man's first golden discovery, and it was just that simple, but not that amazing...

I'm sorry for you guys in Europe that you have to pay such a high price for the same thing we purchase from SE shop or any chain electronic store in Asia! There is one service operator which give a 10% discount on SE & Nokia phones if purchased with "XXXX bank" credit card.
Unlike you, I trust myself only! Review are reviews; and that's someone elses opinion ....don't make it yours!!!
Any website or magazine or even individual can be paid off by manufacturers to write a better review of their product than they actually is! This kind of things happen much in this commerical & political world!

SMAPE review misleading? Well here in Europe the cheapest price at the moment is €360 (euro) which is about us$500. Unless if you buy it bundled, which means you're paying the same or more but in a different way. Maybe it's cheaper in USA.
In what other way they are misleading? Does your phone has a 3.5mm jack? Does your phone have dedicated music control? Does your phone have higher volume? Does your phone have a micro usb connctor? Of course no no no &no. It still has the stupid SE "fast port" and it's still stupidly on the side of your cell! SE has recently signed an agreement to standardize the connectors, but it's too late for w910.
