Phaeton, 03 Dec 2009I bought this when I lost my Nokia N81. My word what a heap... moreHi,
From which, network you got the SE W910i from and which network you have been using with?
Me and my wife have the same phone, from 3 and the other is from Vodafone, and both have different experiences, the one from 3 has low level of audio during a call in both way, and the other on Vodafone, has great audio quality but reboots itself every now and on. So I thought maybe that because of the customised software on each of them, have careted these problems!

Brought one 6 months ago, phone has kept restarting on me. Now the phones microphone has stopped working. To expensive to fix.Camera is not that great being only 2 mega pixels. Display is good, style is great.

i'm very content with this phone. at first, i was planning to buy w760, but now am so glad i bought this phone instead. very good battery life, vry good sound quality, both speaker and ear phone. i've been using this for nearly two years and the only problem was the flex ribbon and the grey stuff at hte side began to scrape off. but that's to be expected.

this fone sucks because the software keeps playing up so the phone keeps reseting itself and sometimes it just goes off on its own without a warning..
but the problem can be fixed when you upgrade your software...

Quite possibly the worst phone I ever used. The phone lags and shuts off at random times. Scratch that, shuts off when you're actually using this piece of crap. If you're still looking at this phone DON'T. I had a different Sony Ericsson phone before and I thought it was descent so I'd get another. Now I will stay away, Sony Ericsson nomore.

I bought this when I lost my Nokia N81. My word what a heap of $hit. I have never had a mobile phone that irritated me so much. It would turn itself off randomly, often up to three times during the same call. It would hang constantly, vibrate, and then when I turned it off and on again, tell me the sim card was unreadable. It didn't matter if I got a new sim card, the same thing would happen every other call.
I swore I would never ever buy another Sony product ever again, and I never will. If I happen to meet someone who works for Sony it will be all I can do not to punch him in the nose.
The second my new phone, an HTC HD2, arrived, I hurled the Sony Ericsson crapper against the wall. Never has destruction seemed so pleasant.
Definitely, without doubt, the most annoying and useless mobile phone I have ever owned.

This is a great phone when it works. It does have excellent battery life and the sound quality of music is excellent.
Now onto my gripes with this phone:
* The phone often reboots with the Inactive SIM error. It does this regardless of the fact that I'm running the latest firmware. I even debranded the phone and it still does it.
* Dirt somehow managed to get under the screen and is now smudged along the under side of the screen making it really annoying to look at the screen.
* A week after I bought this phone I had to send it back due to the Applications folder ceasing to function; the best description of the problem would be two words: "Operation failed."
