seriously it is just bullshit ...
it was restarting from the 3rd day i bought the phone
and i sent it to the official service like tons of time and everytime they updata the software to the (same) version ... exactly it took 370 days , and once the mobile restarted and never back on ... the mobile became completely dead ... i sent it again to the service and they said it's because of fluid and he showed me a semi-red indicator ... i swore god like thousands of times , Noway Noway Noway that any fluid can reach my mobile as i always keep it in leather cover ... however , later on they told me that the motherboard is dead and they need 300 dollars to fix it , the new one cost only 280 dollars ...seriously this is madness , noway a mobile can break-down all of the sudden completely, i've been using mobile phones since 1995 and i NEVER saw such thing all of the sudden , i called SE-service like for hours and they want to convince me that it's not their fault , even though the consultant himself is not convinced with what he was saying ... i'm a big fan of SonyEricsson , and previously Ericsson , but this mobile is CRAP in BLACK
i have a nokia 3230 since early 2004 , fluid , hit , fall (like from 2 meters high) , damage , changed battery like 7 times , 2 original covers , 3 adapters , formatted like 5 times , even the cover became rusty ... but still ,the mobile IS working even though it doesn't look like a mobile anymore !!!!!!
seriously , SE became untrustable technology

Very worst phone. Battery live is max 2 days, and talk time max 2 hours. Very bad, Shame SONY!!!

Please Dont go for this mobile.. really very worst mobile, getting hanged, automatic switch off and lot more. Trust me. I had wasted my money and now its useless.. not at all working.

i also have the same problem as harvey,it cuts off on its own and comes back on and it also freezes,

I have this phone too, and mine had the same problem. It just turned itself off and then went back on, saying that it couldnt read the memory card or something. it's really annoying! that's actually the only problem i have, but it is bothering me. it usually does it when im playing music and i get a text message. or just when i get a text message when im not doing anything.

The phone is quite good, although it lacks quite often, for some reason ): sometimes it hangs while i sms or listening to music. Very irritating. But other than that, it's a fine phone

W910 is a nice fone.nice function.i like every tin abt d fone except dat it shut down itself Sometimes.stil is great

the phone is super. indeed it rarely cuts off but all in all it is a really good phone. and the baterry is quite satisfactory too
