i got this phone under a year ago and had no problems with it until two nights a go when a cup of water accidently went over it. Now i have the new Samsung U700 because the water caused the touchscreen not to work! Also my alarm was going off at random times, mostly at 6.30am. So i wouldn't recommend this phone but for business type people then yes, it's the one for you.

You pple should try and do best phone...I mean something that would loud like N73 the nokia music eddition.The call w900i...He should be slid-up as w550 or w900...men we all loved these phone and clear i mean the sound...That's all want we want i woun't lie to you okk...He must be very and the phone should 3G memory...I swear you will never regret of doing such phone..i from Nigeria okk...this all the men and woman want.....Let it be louder than the n73 M eddition..PLease send me a note to my mail if you need anything from...and make sure you try and have it done b4 the year run-out okk.....Take care

When I bought my W950i it was my first smartphone and also the first time away from Nokia. I was worried that I had become too familiar with Nokias interface but that was unfounded, this phone is easy to use while having enough customisation to keep more technical people interested. I have been using the phone for about a month now and my overall impression is that it is a great bit of kit. Its a nice sized device with a screen that is both large enough for the job and also has a very high resolution, the touch screen is also very accurate. The 4gig memory meant I could sell my Ipod nano, and, as its a symbian 60, I bought and loaded TomTom6 which meant I could sell off my old satnav. There are plenty of 3rd part applications out there on the web that would benefit professionals and travellers and for fun I can recommend Skyforce, a fine arcade style game with great 3D visuals. If you're seriously looking at this phone then you wont care about the lack of a ropey camera, maybe in a few..

what am i suppose to do if the phone doesn't read any video that i've converted with a third party video converter.
It keeps on saying there is an error opening the file, but the video file excists in the phone.

in cambodia and singapore u cant find brand new any more unless u have to sign 2year contract and the price about over 800$S now. so i have to buy secondhand 1 and the price is 220dollars in P.P that's crazy price but think about sansung mp3 4Gb is 270$ so 220$ 4 Gb touch-screen that is not bad select . The problem is that phone doesn't support internet O12 (mobitel)campany , so i only listen to music .

i hear most of u guys complain about 'no camera' but camera's on phones are not sow usfull just buy a seperate dig.camera whith mutch more qua.in youre photos

in my country, indonesia, u can get this phone only with US $ 226..
can anybody tell me about multi tasking in w950i?? is that good enough??
