I was thinking of buying this phone, but I've noticed on some of the photos of the phone that just above the keypad, below the screen, that there is a horizontal indent that looks like it is caused by the flexible keypad.
It sorta looks like a crease below the screen. Do any of you have that issue?

i think the w950 is a good phone i have one and its pretty good jus no camra but am waitin for the w960

Alas, I Saw This Phone (I Mean For "REAL"!).
It Was O.K., Though It Lacks In Camera, The ocus Was Turned To The Music Capability Of The Phone.

I own this phone for about 6 months. GREAT phone, last two firmware updates brought major improvements.

if you don't like this phone for the lack of camera, then you may glance at P990,P1 or W960. they all have the awesome K750 and K800 camera module installed in it:)

No camera? so what..
This phone was made for music lovers out there.
It's a Walkman phone..
SE DID NOT announced this one as a multimedia/imaging phone.
So why complain about the lack of camera?
If it has all the features that others want it to have, then it will surely have a sky rocketing price.. How about those who only want a decent music player on a mobile and a 'semi-smartphone' at a limited budget?
It was made that way to target specific users who only wants a good music player on a mobile. Not as a Jack-of-all-trades type phone.
Also take note that even the best camera phones are still no match for a dedicated digicam, so why bother put a camera that will not be the best and later receive complaints from users regarding the quality of the camera?
Different phones with different functions are for different people..
a crap phone for one can be a mobile wonder to another..

How do you store 4ooo tracks in 4GB the sound quality is not loud if you convert 1MB for 1 song then you can't hear anything and if you store the songs for over 2Gb the phone works very slow and stuck (error)i have to take part the bettery and put together again for at list twice a day eveytime i listened to music .I took to the shop to repair they said i dropped it but i never did .The Mp4 is works very good so this phone is mp4 phone .When it came out it's 540$ and now 270$ but nobody want .so my laptop still the best and my chaep phone also good

hi guys, i just want to ask. i bought a w950i 2 days ago. now it developed a straight line above the keypad just below the walkman logo. my question is, is this normal? for guys who bought the w950i, did your phone develop one too? im just worried that the actual housing/casing of the phone might brake.

To anyone who is thinking about getting this mob; DON'T!
The first problem that faced me when i bought it is that it doesnt support Arabic language. I only need it to read the sms that i recieve but it is still a major defect. Then it started jamming whenever I wanted to turn on the FM. Then it jammed whenever i connected the headphones. I tried updating the software to solve the jamming problem but it only made it worst. The mob wouldn't function at all. I sent it to the SE service center in Dubai. After almost a month I got it back. And guess what, the FM still doesnt work and the contacts list is ruined. I cant open, view the contacts or do anything.
It's really such a shame. I loved this mob and I tried hanging on to it for almost 6 months but im ready to give it up now. The biggest prob is NO ONE wants to buy it!!

i beleive that inbox memory is only dependant on the space left. am not much into txt msging, but i have had about 150 txt msgs in my inbox and some in sent mesgs folder with no probs.
