Totally agree with regarding the fast charging of this phone, but sound is very low. To all the music lovers who want to buy this phone thinking that the sound is extra ordinary, i dont recomend this phone.

Dear harsha,volume is good,battery life is good too.I talk about 3 to 4 hours everyday and still battery remains 40%.Best of all charging takes only half an hour to fully charge.My recommendation,in for it.

Hi,can this phone be used as a modem?The fact that my network is Orange, does this make a difference?Do i need to be in perfect 3g coverage area?Cheers much.

w900i voice all quality is best of all .i have w95i as well but it seems its a flop phone as its a more complex phone with bad quality of voice. the ringing tone is not loud enough so my opinion dont spend too much money on w950i

I want to know if theres any phone in the Nokia or Sony Ericsson models that could allow me to record incoming and outgoing calls, as well as us it as a digital voice recorder (dictaphone) and record for a minimum of 60 minutes and also have a camera of 2 megapixels. and have a decent internal memory and can support a decent external memory. please email me at abishaifernandez@sify.com

1- normal daily usage(some calls and SMS/MMS/WAP)
2- tough daily usage(music, radio, calls, SMS/MMS/WAP,etc.)
3- no touch (no calls/MMS, etc.)

Hello!
I have a little problem regarding the phone stand-by. Some of the people who posted their opinion on this site, say that the stand-by is very weak, some say that it lasts 3-4 days. Which is the real data regarding the stand-by? I have a suggestion for the GSMARENA Website: you should make a statistic chart regarding the stand-by and functionality of the OS based phones. Thank you!
Is there someone who really knows and use this device for quite some time to give us some real information about this phone?
There are so many who write their opinion on this site without even know what they are talking about(ex.: Does W950 have a camera?).
How can anyone ask something like that, if that person didn;t even read the specs of the phone. Come on people let's get serious, don't write here just to post some words and see your name on this site.

Which of the Sony Ericson walkman phone sounds the best?
I thought it was 950i but i read here that its too low...which one sounds loud and clear?

Had one of these for 6 months now. Great phone. The battery life is great (3-4 days between charges) as long as you turn off 3G, the music player is awesome, the sound quality is top notch and the interface ain't bad either. Got it hooked up to my car stereo at the mo, have 700 tunes at the touch of a button.
I tried an N95 for the weekend, decided the interface sucked and went straight back to my trusty W950. It'll do me fine til they do a Walkman version of the P1.

Talk about braking stylus! they cost a bomb from the Sony shop or any official stylus, so what i do is buy them in 100's from ebay, even though they are half as strong, they do the job. my stylus broke on the second day. I was well gutted! lol now i have a ppack of about hundreds, which since i have broken more....Duffus me! lol

The only good thing about this phone is its touch screen. Rest everything is poor from battery life to media player. The sound output is so low,that my previous K750i had better & louder sound from both speaker and earphones than this one. I expected better sound from a "walkman" phone but i think that as far as sound of the phone is concerned it the walkman series is nowhere near the "cybershots" espescially K750i.

I love ma W950i Its actually a pretty good phone Love the features but I wish you could manually adjust the equaliser and not have these preset settings
Also broke my stylus so using it has become a bit of a bind but overall a good phone
