i think the output sound is very week my mean it isn,t like e61!!!what do u think???

Hey guys, I'm thinking of buying the W950i this week because the M600i seems to have just disappeared from the Nigerian markets. But I have one nagging question I have - does the fact that the W950i run on Symbian OS imply that I can view/edit documents e.g. MS Word, Excel and PPT on the phone??
I need an answer quick. Thnx

I had this fone,its the best fone ever....
the sound output is out of this world its two times better than N91 the best ever,but the price is quite high.Music lovers do buy this gem.

update your firmware to the newest. i think it's made on April this year so it's really new. some firneds from the M600 give positive feedbacks on the latest one i.e. faster Menu UI, better sounds and memory manegement and etc. have fun!

actually it PeterKay and DoctorPor who had P700 prototype in their hands and they have stated their experiences similarly. yeah it maybe some improvements over the past P990: new UI, Better Camera, Wifi and etc. but bear in mind that UIQ is a very flexible OS so it means that it can work with othet hardware plugins easier than S60 in nokia so i have no disappointments with that phone as of this time. there are bunch of native SE accessories on their site so no need for a newer built-in ones just as SE follows only it's marketing strategy targeting the mainstream market with not-so-pricey models. i'm pretty happy with the UI speed and the incredible RAM storage for a symbian phone. hope SE continues to develop this before it will be launched. this may bring back the so-called "lost" reputation of SE's UIQ phones who knows?

You mean PeterKay? yes i was logged in to esato when he was posting the pics of his prototype and WOW! what a beauty and he even posted a video to show us how fast the UI is on the P700, definetly my next phone,the specs look good,nothing too new thou

the P700i is the modelname of the leaked M610 smartphone from SE. a friend from esato.com posted the pictures and have the prototype phone in his hand of that upcoming phone. the introductory date is confirmed to be May 8 which is mentioned earlier by Mr. Pres. Miles Flint of SE.
here are some features confirmed by that member
-3.2Mp autofocus camera with 2nd front 3G camera
-Wifi b/g module
-FM radio with RDS
-Symbian UIQ 3 with more icons display on the standby 15 icons on the 5 icon interface of the standby of the current UIQ 3 phones
-enhanced and speedier processor(yet to be confirmed,.. as i have watched the video uploaded the speed is very fast as i don't even think of it being a smartphone but an SE java phone because of the speed)
-160Mb RAM(this could be the E90 killer)
-M600 rocker keypad with red number key backlighting and character keys lit in white
-basically the features of the P990 minus the flip keypad, smaller screen same as M600
-but i just doubting it's name to be P700 because the models looks like the M600 successor so it could be M610, anyway who knows? this won't still be SE's flasghip so there maybe P1000 soon.

i bought the phone..but i was shocked...it has the lowest sound i have ever heared in my life....this phone is awesome but the sound really sux...im just wondering if there is an update or something can fix the sound....coz im welling to buy another phone if it's gonna stay like this.....hope someone can help here...if something know about this about fixing this prob plz send it to my e-mail or post it here....

I think its a good phone. No camera is gr8t idea. would have liked m2 slot, edge and gps. most people already have a 5+mp Dig camera so its something that takes up space wich could be used for other functions.

Maybe I'll waif for a phone like w950 with 3.2 mega pixel camera and 8 gig memory + ram slot...........but if SE company doesnt make such a thing perhaps i will buy w950

sony ericsson w950i is very cute.but it have no camera,I think it's sound quality may be louder,it must have a 3 mega pixel camera or accessories camera

why cant ericsson just come up with a phone like the w950 with a memory card slot,2 cameras and wifi. it would be amazing cause i really find the w950 fantastic. what is the m610
