No camera,no wifi,but still i love the phone!Have been using for a month and all is ok.Had issue with hanging sys,but solved after firmware upgrade.Minus is lack of sync support(does not support syncing sub folder nor sub contact with exchange.Also lack of office reader support.Have to buy the software...and they say that opensource is free????

i thought the same at first, but I realize now that anything less than a 3.2 mp camera on this phone would be a waste... everything works so well that you would need a good camera, and there's a slot for it, so i'm sure they're planning to release one very soon, hopefully with wifi too... it would make for a perfect phone :)

They should have put a camera on it. even just a 1.3 mp! :( too bad, i really like this phone

to switch between words/symbols, you just scroll through them with the jog dial.. you can also choose the word right from the screen with either your finger or the stylus because some of your choices pop up.

guys, as i know...there is no navigation button rite?? then how to change the symbol when messaging? use the jog dial to change?

Alright, here's my little review of this phone after having it for a little more than a month now.
First off, the keypad.. they could've done a way better job with it, as the keys are small and lack definition.. i have big fingers and i often run into problems pressing more than one button.
The loudness of the speaker is good enough, although not as loud as some other well known SE phones..
The screen is gorgeous, responds extremely well to touch as well as stylus points.. handwriting recognition becomes better over time.. under direct sunlight, the screen suffers and you can barely make anything out!
I find the general speed of the phone quite slow.. it takes long to start it up, takes long to start applications, takes long to navigate through the menus, just takes too long to really do anything :)
the lack of a camera doesn't affect me though, because we all know that a seperate digicam produces better pics than any cell phone out there anyways..
the walkman is great, sound quality is awesome..
i want to close out by saying that this phone just screams out quality.. build quality, sound quality and screen quality are just so solid.. the OS on it is very reliable and its just a very professional phone in general.. sure, i don't like the fact that the screen isn't great under direct sunlight and that the keypad is annoying, but i still wouldn't trade it for anything else out there.

Hey guyz! M planin 2 get this phone, i think its so kewl n da 4GB WoW thats awesome. Just 1 Q.. can u play movies in this phone!! BTW to all those whom r cryin abt da cam got 2 words 4 u (Suck It) coz all cameras sucks on all da phones.

this fone is a flop in Indonesia. The price has gone down from $800 when it came out, to $380 right now. I might get one when it hits $300.

I took the W950i just few days back . . Was using P910i . . Its simply a brilliant phone . Looks, software , color resolution and battery back backup: 10 out of 10 . But as far as the sound is concerned , its a bit dissappointing as compared to the other Walkman series phones . Overall a very handy phone .

I loved this phone but screen is very sensitive and is attached to underlying circuitry so repair difficult. Myn cracked after a small drop and i am trying to get it repaired they have already had it 3 weeks. I wouldn't buy it again.

can this phone b lock(w950) like the nokia phones like the n70's lock
