some freaky guy is selling this mobile phone at 256 euros at ebay uk...i emailed him and argued that this mobile is not available in market anywhere....He answered that they get it from the factory and they give full shipment insurance on ebay uk....i can give u his email add.

I m using nokia n91 believe me its a better music phone than any other SE walkman branded phone.I think nokia n91 is better choice instead of SE w 950i, becauze of the loss ain of camera in w950i.

shut up about the no camera, is u want a camera phone go for the K range, i think sony made a mistake giving the w range cameras and have fixed that now. k is for cameras w is for mp3 players!

I do wish people would stop moaning about this phone not having a camera!
I for one will be getting this phone because it's got loads of space for music!
I have a W800 with 512mb of memory and a camera. If they made a W800 with 1Gb of memory and no camera, I'd of gone for the no camera option..
If I wanted a phone to use as a camera then I'd go for something like the Samsung D900 with a 3mp camera on.
This phone is built 'mainly' for music lovers who don't give a stuff about taking the odd cr*p quality picture.
Why do people make such a big fuss about phones having cameras on?!?! Come on, how often do you use it anyway?

There have been rumours circulating in forums and magazines that an external camera and WiFi add-on have been developed. Just rumour though.

To ravi: Most are expecting the phone to go at under $900(SGD) at launch in Singapore. Not sure for the other markets though.

To gabriel: 3G does not equate to video call, since 3G simply means faster download speed. It will be great for those who need to download tonnes of emails or sites for daily usage.

To dann: SE is marketing this phone to a sector of consumers who put business applications on the priority than the "fun" features. In certain industry, such as the IT and Government sector (which I am working in), does not permit the use of phone with built-in camera. I suffered due to the fact that most phone that come without camera are not entirely enticing, at all! With W950i, at least its some fun, plus, the plan to move W series phone into the Symbian UIQ market means its the first customisable Walkman phone!
