im comparing this phone and LG KU990 Viewty.
i wanna buy either one but not sure which one is a better choice.
currently im using sony ericsson w880i. i do not really need great camera but i prefer better sound quality.
and i need to know if this phone can take pic from the front.

I just got this phone. Its really nice but everytime i take it out, im scared im gonna drop it being that it cost $600.
I just dropped it. mofo.
When you guys take a pic, is the camera suppose to make a sound? It literally sounds like a tiny "click" as if a shutter or lense was being used. Im not sure if its suppose to be like that or is it b/c i dropped it. The drop was only like 2 1/2 feet off the ground. But it fell onto a tile floor. Any help appreciated guys. Thanks

Whasup with my 960 bros ?? The new firmware update is really cool. N81 ??? dude seriously, even the nokia guys know better than to buy one. The N95 8gb is the way to go if u were headed that way. (for nokias).
However i still stand by my word that the W960i is the best mulimedia phone on the planet right now. (al least till the next SE UIQ walkman arrives.....maybe even the X1 who knows ??? )

After seeing videos I am really impressed its sound quality its so clear and specally bass.Its great pice of technology.SE 4 life!

I agree with Nerman and it is VERY annoying that now since the updated firmware, hyperlinks on the W960i Opera web browser are highlighted in black, and they become white when it is selected. It should be the opposite, which would be much more intuitive.
The new firmware is far from perfect, and there is more SE could do in my opinion. The lag is my biggest complaint still. I could live with it, but as a flagship phone (for now at least) it should have higher standards.

Today i tested a little bit da N81 8Gb and i can say 4 sho' dat i would have regret it if i didn't buy the W960i....
I don't mean that N81 8Gb sucks.
Its true that the W960i screen is a little bit "washed out" compared to other phones.
The N81 displays better the colors than W960i, but it my opinion its more pleasant to watch videos and see pics in the W960i screen (not because its a lil bit bigger).
The N81 video recording dissapointed me. The video recording was not smooth like mine W960i (Although NOKIA phones are much better than SE in video recording)!
The slider could be much better...
When you hold the phone it feels like the slider is a little bit loosen. The N81 i tested is brand new!
The navigation keys are very good and the phole menu/interface is very fast!
The NGAGE games are great!! I played a fishing game and the graphics are better than the PS1 and almost equal to PSP!
Unfortunately i din't check the sound quality because i tested the phone during the class (I'm studying Internet Technician) hehe... Today i didn't give a f*ck to tha teacher lol...
Overall lts a great phone!
