Ok, I'll admit it - I'm a bit of a noob with this whole thing. Only just got my PC online etc. Can anybody reccommend a program to extract the movie files from my DVDs and convert them to 3GP format? Muchly appreciated...

I charge my phone only only once per day and i play games, listen to music and use internet. The Wi-Fi and Camera suck the battery life faster than any other feature! So u betta deactivate Wi-Fi when ya don't need it.

Please remember that the W960 needs A LOT more power to run things like the larger 2.6inch screen, the Symbian UIQ Operating System, CPU, Touchscreen,and other hardware unlike the W810 which has no Operating System, has a much smaller 1.8inch screen, and has tiny 99mhz CPU which doesnt need too much power.
A phone with an Operating System (smartphone) will drain the battery much faster than a phone without an operating system ("dumb" phone).

I just got w960 for 1 week and notice that battery life aint that great even tho I dont use 3g, wifi and bluetooth and doesnt listen music. My w810 had a better battery life, any idea why? Whats the latest firmware? Thanks.

Hey guys. I've found a few themes for the W960 at www. zedge.net and www.ownskin.com, but the selection is really poor. anybody know where I can find any more themes, or even better - a decent theme creator...?

Yo, wanna ask all those w960 users, i noticed something,,when u r in the contact list or the new msg, there is a black small triagle on the right mid of the screen, a small triagle,,what is the irritating ting?and how to get rid of that ?thax

2. Remove the SIM and then put it again. Check also if the phone is in Flight Mode.
If the sounds are completely gone (deleted), then format the memory.

its slim like the Nokia 6300 and its sexy to! i love W960i Design its Hawt!
its twice as thin as N95 8GB...Exactly
Now iv just got to wait to get one
until then my W850i will keep Ballin!

No man, i didn't have any problem wit ma 960 except one thing:
Sometimes when i stop a video and exit from the video playa da phone freezes! Ya know... just like when ya shoot wit yo gun and da clip stucks hehe...
But the Messaging is 4 sho' slow...
