HI Next_Level
Am using SE k790 so i want to install Antivirus McAfee firewall on my phone so can i use it on this phone. and suggest me how to download and use it. pls help needed badly

      hi,
      I also have one question. I got the phone a few days ago, and was wondering if it's possible to turn on the light, separately from the camera ? On my older phone (w810) I could do that and it was very usefull as a flashlight, but so far I am unable to do that on my w960. I can turn on the light together with the camera but it drains the battery - double time :(

                You don't have to install any Antivirus if you don't use internet.

                And yes, there is a trick to make the W960i faster. Go to ''Main Menu - Tools - Control Panel - Device - Transitions'' and deactivate it.

                  ooooooooooo yea baby, I just joined the club ;) I got my W960 today and all I got to say is that is f*ck*n awesome :0

                  The touchscreen is so much fun and it works great.

                  Is there a need to install an antivirus programe if I do not intend to download anything from internet directly to the phone ? Also is there any "tric" I can do to make the phone work faster (not that it is slow, but if I can turn down any unnecessary feature that will make the phone run faster, I would gladly do it :) ?

                    This may have already been answered but I'm lazy and can't be bothered scrolling through pages upon pages of "gangsta speek". Sorry, just had to get my bit in. But now, my question - does the W960 play mpeg4 files...?

                          The N95 8Gb is in all specs better than W960i and also has more features. BUT tha W960i has better sound quality.

                              Hey .:Next Level:. den it's betta if i buy N95 8GB as i usd to buy Sony as they were faster... Wat do u say homie .:Next Level:.!!! Is dere anythin' in N95 8GB dat is worse dan W960i, i mean some features of W960i dat leaves N95 8GB behind. Peace out.

                                Tha 960 is slower than N95 8GB... but the N95 laggs too...
                                And about da Opera 8, its preingstalled in tha 960.

                                      You can download McAfee Firewall for mobiles free, at www.dotsis.com

                                      I use McAfee Antivirus only for scanning my files and not for real time scan. The McAfee Firewall will not allow to access Internet if the security settings are set to maximum. But its a good software because none can send you a virus or use Bluetooth Hacking software to damage your phone.

                                        The W960 is probably the best phone on the market today. Loads fo features and I use mine with the tomtom software and an external bluetooth GPS receiver. Im getting rid of my N95 as the battery is too weak and lacks performance. Between the two, yeah the w960 has a lower camera but in all honesty, there is no real difference. As for processor speed, no real difference. Ive been selling mobiles for over 10 years and this is the BEST bit of kit i have ever come across.
