Dude only a few Filipinos are active on this thread thats why most of the posters here cant give you any idea about your query.juts for your info,this is an international forum,try posting this question to local forums such as tipidcp.com,maybe our fellow Pinoys can you help you out there.anyways,based on my W960i hunting for several weeks,lowest price i saw was in ebay.ph for 23.5k.in greenhills,currently lowest was 24k.maybe after a few months price will drop that suits your budget.peace bro.

yo, i have install the mcafee antivirus to the w960, why it will hang when come to virus and message scan? it just canot proceed and hang there...make the whole hp hang..some application error, i cant detect.any idea? i ady uninstall the mcafee..is there any other antivirus?? thax

Hi there!
The error you get is because the video settings aint right.
I usuall use those settings:
smaller or biger than 320x240
Max 2048Kbps video bitrate (although it can play up to 2Mbit but FPS aint steady)
Up to 128kbps audio bitrate, 2 Stereo Channel, AAC
16:9 (if u want)
I use Nero Recode for this job

Can we stop argueing over what phones better than which. The N-95 ain't all that. Yes, it has lots of feature, but it has bad points. Like its ugly exterior!
Look a phone worth depends on what you need a phone for. And to be honest, I don't really care if one phones better than mine. The w960 does everything I want.

the n95 8gb is a better music phone.
it has a normal 3.5mm jack and music phones should be convienient too. nobody wants a stupid adapter!!! so irritating! also the n95 has a digital radio on it. the SE DOESNT!
apart from that the n95 does everything the w960 does musically plus more!
get the n95 chaps!
top phone. jack of all trades, and the best of all of them!

I agree with u that N95 8GB is better than W960i... BUT... You don't have to have 20 years of experience, be an expert reviewer etc to unerstand the difference in sound quality between 2 or more phones.
What should we believe then if anybody has a differend opinion??
I'm pleased by its sound quality! Songs like "Billie Jean, Money In The Bank, Wanna be starting something, I'll still kill" etc play better than my PC speakers!

Some pics just don't fit because of their dimensions.
You can check out the slideshow settings to see what u can do.
And about the vibration, try putting all the options to "On if silent". In my 960 it works

Sorry but W960 aint King of Music Phones, yes N95-8gb sound aint as good as W960 since N95-8gb is a Multimedia ALL-IN-ONE AKA ALLROUND Device and W960 is mainly Music, BUT in music phones W960 aint the best, this is something reviewers like Eldar, Marc etc. . . Who have nearly 20years of experience in things like Mobile Devices, sound tech and Computers have said, a few audiophile sites have proven that N81 is better as a music phone, highly experienced reviewers have said this yet a Fanboy like you wants to contredict? Sorry but this is the truth, and reviews did say its loud, i will not deny that its loud but no way better than N81 or the older N91.
Otherwise W960 is a good device. And yes N95-8gb is better,even W960 users here agree with that, even Marc, an ex Ericsson worker who retired a while ago said its a fact.

Cheers .::Next_Level::. for the slideshow instructions. Can you make the pictures on the slideshow fit the screen or does it stay like this.
I have tried it 'On' but it still doesnt work. Do you know why this is?

What up bro? Got yo back man.
Go to Main Menu and scoll the Jog Dial slowly and you'll se a text below ''Main Menu'' describing what u have selected. So you can find where is Multimedia.
And about the vibration, if the option "On if silent" doesn't work then try the "On" option from "Main Menu - Tools - Control Panel - Device - Sounds & Alerts - Vibrating Alerts".

To change view, just ckick on the white small box which usually is located in the top right corner of the touchscreen, and then select "View" and unmark "Landscape"
And about the sheets, the 960 shows you only 1 sheet a time. To see the other sheets you have to be in normal view

Dear friends
Thanks for all ur opinion.
By mistake when i was viewing my exceel file in my phone, I changed view type to landscape, now i am unable to bring the same to potrait, can u help me.
and also tel me can i view all sheets of my file in the mobile, as when i try to open my exceel file it is showing only 1 exceel sheet

Thank You .::Next_Level::. for answering my question. I was wondering do you know where multimedia is on the main menu, however I have founf it on the shortcut on the expand main menu.
Also do you know why my phone wouldnt vibrate when it is on slient, when I went to the vibration option is says vibration is on.
