Have some yall already seen tha gunz of Nokia, Samsung and SE

Tha Nokias i dont have to see coz i know that they are fine:P

Samsung finaly got tha 16m colour display
And tha are also good

SE are cool
Tha G900 blow my criminal mind
With tha 5 mp and wifi b/g
And 12 talk time
But tha other new weapons are almost tha same 2 mp or 3 mp
With just 3g or edge!
Come SE you can do it make some better phones
But still they rock!!!!!!

Peace yall

          To Rapper Ord

          What up dissa?
          I have a Q?
When ya said that when the phones memory is more than 5 gb is gone, that is will slow down tha phone?
What do ya mean with slowing down?

Coz when i have tha phone( still not out in my town) i gonna put:

          5.2 gb on dragonball episodes
          750 mb on songs
          700 mb on videos
50 mb on games, application and more software
and the 1460 mb for save and for the speed of the phone!!!!!!!!!!

          Do ya feel me:P

          Peace

            The N95 8gb looking like the N81.....the N96.
Oh yeah with an extra 8 Gb and weird gaming buttons after sliding (whts up with that ??).

When will we see an 8 or 6 Mp phone ???

Windows mobile phones now have nividia graphics crads built it.

Nokia and SE may take a hint ??

I dont think you'll be dissapointed with the W980 if u saw it as an "extention" to the W910 rather than the the W960 - clealy so since it lacks wifi and autofocus.(The latter will mostly be announced in june/july and released by dec.2008).So the big guns are not yet out.

              All,

I'm impressed with the X1 (the 65k screen is knida harsh though....its alrdy 2008), but like GSM arena i fear windows mobile might have its effects on our friendly SE interface that we got accustomed to.

The C902 (in my opinion) is a pretty nice phone 2(especially with the opening mechanism from top 2).

My only regret is that there wasn't any info on the software of new music phones or the camera ones.

But overall....3 new sleek wifi-phones. And the first 8gb clamshell phone-ever !!!!. Who could ask for more ??

                At all
Im impressed with the new SE phones that have been announced, im looking forward to that XPERIA X1 ,maybe SE wil show HTC how to make great Multimedia phones nt just business.
A bit disappointd by the W980,it doesn't deserve that name.

Hey I stumbled on this while looking for themes for the W960i. You can create your own themes with the software found on the SE website. Just go there to download it. Long links don't usually work here so here's a step by step way to get this software. Have fun.

                  1) Go to developer.sonyericsson.com

                  2) At the top look for "Docs & Tools". Under there click "Multimedia".

                  3) Choose from 3 different setups to acquire for your computers' OS. Download one of them.

                  4) Install it and have fun. :)

Ericsson Mobile Platforms offers complete, end-to-end interoperability tested platforms across 2.5 and 3G. A common software platform for GPRS, EDGE, WCDMA, and HSPA terminals enables application portability, stability and security, and state-of-the-art power consumption and size. About U500 mobile platform
The U500 mobile platform is a highly integrated solution with three ARM11 CPUs providing world class multimedia performance including a 12 Mpix camera, camcorder (MPEG4, H.264 D1@30fps), TV-out, MIPI camera and Display I/F, HW Video Encoding and Decoding D1(H.263, H.264, MPEG4 (AS), VC1, DivX,), and Mobile TV (MBMS phase 2, DVB-H, Unicast). Connectivity solutions include WLAN 802.11, wireless USB(UWB) and high speed USB. The U500 supports quad-band WCDMA radio, 7.2/5.76Mbps HSPA broadband capabilities, a world class security solution as well as highly optimized power consumption.
The U500 is the first mobile platform to support 4x full-scene anti-aliasing (FSAA) with no performance penalty, boosting the quality of all graphics rendered to the screen. ARM Mali software will be provided as an integral part of the U500 platform software. The close link between graphics processor and middleware (the Mali Graphics Stack) reduces the time-to-market and integration risks for handset manufacturers. As well as the Khronos standards, the Mali software supports the Java JSR standards for 3D and vector graphics maximizing the options for third-party software developers and backwards-compatibility with existing Ericsson platforms.

well with a 208mhz processor SE arent even trying!

nokia are moving onto 1ghz, same cant be said for SE.

why do they even bother trying to catch up?

Ive already used the W960, i posted pics of it action in Esato with P1, was not realy amazed, just liked how it looked and how the media player looked, not what id call "addictive" its slow, doesn't support most multimedia apps you get in S60, 208mhz cpu and you tell me its better? LMAO!!
My pills? Lol maybe you're the one who needs those.
Yes P5 is coming, and im sure it will be released like 7months after announcement, and by then it will be an average phone.
With the upcoming Nokia N96 we are looking at:
16GB internal mem plus MicroSD Expantion
                                    2.8inch screen
                                    DVB-H TV antenna
                                    GPS Sirfstar-III
                                    750mhz CPU OMAP-3
                                    Accelerometer
                                    Auto Rotating UI (like N82)
                                    Even better Safari Browser
                                    etc. . .

To the dude who wanted to know abiut the W960 ,

Yeah the phone is pretty good, screen is bright, keybad is big and comfortable, pictures are very clear on the 2.6 inch screen.

About the speed though, once you fill up 5 Gb or more, the phone speed obviously wont be as when it had an empty memmory. Its not just the W960i , unfortunately there isn't any phone on the market right now with such a processor to handle such huge bundles of data smoothly.

Bottom line is, its cool in everything but once your memmory starts to fill up, your gonna have to be 1-2sec more patient.

But dont worry, i hardly doubt the phone speed is going to bother you. Trust me, once you turn the power on, haha, you'll be having a hard time to turn away from it !!!!
