W960 a respond to the N95 ???? Wake up my friend. Nokia is no where near the W960.
Unlike the N82 which IS the respond to the K850.

Hey u want the best phone on the market go for the W960.
Best cameraphone= N82
Best Music phone = w960
Why is the W960 better than the N95 8 Gb ??
Answer:
1-The difference between the 3Mp cam of the W960 and the N95 is entirely unjustified. The only way u can tell the photos apart are either from the size or from a 15 inch screen. And while GSm arena states that the video resolution of the W960 is "miserable", its still a joy to watch with ur friends on the 2.6 inch screen and it definetly doesn't occupy the massive 25 mb per minute of the N95 8GB. On approx 7.6 Gb of free space, u can store 12 days of video with the N95 and a whooping 158 days with the w960 !!!!!!!
2- The W960 doesn't have 3.5G. Are there any misguided souls who use 3.5G in any part of the world ???????? Seriously get a life. Or maybe wirless ADSL in any hotspot !!!!!(Unless ur somone whose average income per month is more than $3000, at which point 3.5G becomes a very earned luxury)
3- 16m screes are brighter than 256k ones.But thats just abt it. If u see any other differernce than that then u can see the engraving on my watch 5 miles away. Or ur using a microscope. Please be aware also that such screens have been avoided by SE since they heavily drain the battery juice. Really badly if i may add too.
4- Finally, even though currently the S60 browser is the best, Symbian UIQ is overpowered in a way that only people who have used it can imagine. Its only a matter of time untill nokia implements a similar software . (or maybe it alrdy has in the N810....but its not a phone) The touchscreen with change your life. Its annoyig at first, but later on, you will not be able to live without it. Its THE thing that sets apart the W960 as a music phone in the entire market.Not the camera like some would guess. I bought the W960 for the music. I'll never sell it because of the touchscree.
(Important not: I HAVE used the N95-1 for 184 days, since i couldn't wait until the w960's release, but even after the N95 8Gb was out , i bought the W960. I knew i did the right thing , but i didn't understand how right i was until now; 36 days later.)
Even if u sell the N95 8Gb now, and buy the w960, u still have a deal.

I am not able to connect to my wireless internet at home and I get always the same note Packet Data log server E- sock client then KERN-EXEC error 3 and then it reboots. Any one can help please ?
Also I want to know how long normally the battery lasts. Is 2 days fine?

Guess hus back witha brand new rap! If i were u guys, id check out Skyfire. Upcoming mobile web browser supporting flash 9.5, built in java, you name it. Literally exactly like PC. This includes quicktime videos, Youtube etc. Puts all other browsers to shame. Check it out!

I finaly found a converter for FREEEEEE!!!!
Actuly two converters
First i used Zamzar.com to convert rmvb in to mp4!!!!
Then Media-convert.com to make it smaller!!!
I putt it on ma w850i
AND n!gg@sssssss it worked
So i dont have to worry anymore:)
No problems:P
The only things is when the video is done, and ya put it on your phone the video is so bright. ( in a good way:P)

Ericsson has just gone live with their very own powerhouse mobile platform, the Ericsson U500 (not pictured). With a next-generation architecture that leverages triple-processors and a multimedia subsystem (think TV, gaming, video, music, the works), the Ericsson U500 "is a powerful multimedia platform with performance, graphics and usability, more resembling a mobile computer than today's mobile phones. With the U500 platform Ericsson will keep its world leading position within the multimedia mass market for years to come," according to Robert Puskaric, head of Ericsson's mobile platforms business.
Three ARM11 CPUs, hardware accelerators, integrated digital baseband and multimedia chip (on a single processor die), and increased efficiency combine to deliver a mobile platform that can handle a 12 megapixel camera, high-quality video recording, WVGA display, 3D gaming, 3D UI, high-resolution video, and CD-quality audio performance - all in a single package.
Talk about a mouthful. The point in bringing all these components together in a single die is that it will result in lower prices and greater efficiency - two things we're big on over here. It looks like the near future will be filled with mobile devices that last longer while doing more.
We're looking for Ericsson to launch their U500 mobile platform in the 1H 2008.

I think it is very good with many cool graphics, however it does not use the same kind of sony ericsson software and it is to confusing, it is a rip off!

There's no screen protector??
The W960 HAS a screen protector! It has also a great phone cover included in the box!
If u aint know what a screen protector is, check P1i screen....
And offcourse the phone is flat. Thats because of the great and big 2.6 inch touchscreen.
If the W960i seem to u very big and flat.... then check N95 8Gb ...

Wite border plastic without screen cover scratches uiq still slow,joystick is flat very unconvinient to handle.Price 730 $ even the handsfree shown n picture rectanglish fast forward digital is missing just headphones jack to connrct,it should hav more walkman listining devices improved

The Track ID works just great! I have tested it over 3G and Wi-Fi and its easy and fast!
In about 25 seconds after the sample is sent you have the title, artist, album (and year if i remember well)
And what do u mean about the music in the main menu?
So u have 2 great phones now ha?

I mean that the W960i can play Real Media files, but when i put in it a Real Video file it just don't play, but the phone recognize the file as a supported format.
The touchscreen is great and if you know how to press it, then it works fine. The guy on the video probably didn't press enough the screen in the right place.
It took me about 1 week to get used to the touchscreen and now i used without a problem.
