      I can see that the size is not 320x240 but 480x208. Go to the "Video" option, change the resolution to 320x240 and activate this option to enable Letterbox or what is called... I mean these black boxes.

      But before encode the full movie, try to encode about 1min of the movie and see how (and if) does it play on W960i. You can do that from the "Start/End" option

                Yes we can play RM files without any software but for AVI you have to install the Smart Movie. I have install it and works great, but is Demo

                  About the bugs.
                  The W960i doesn't always play the games at the same frame rate. For example the W960i can handle easily the game "Asphalt 3 3D" , but it doesn't play in my W960i always at 25fps like it does sometimes! If i restart the game, it might run a little bit faster or slower. Or if i switch to another task while a game is running and i want to return again to the game, it might not start and freeze! Also when i play the game "Medal of Honor Airborne 3D" in the beginning it lags a little bit and then it plays in FULL 30 FPS!! and again then the W960i lags for no reason!! Even my W810i plays it better and with steady FPS!
                  After installing the "Swiss Manager Pro" which also shows you a status bar with the CPU and RAM usage, i noticed that the W960i doesn't always use 100% its CPU when playing games!! And some 2D games, which are "lighter" play at low FPS and some "heavy" 3D games play great!
                  Its not that the W960i cannot play the new 3D heavy games, but the Firmware is the reason!

                  SE must release a Firmware Update asap!

                  Another bug is that when you move games & applications from the default "Tools" folder to the "Entertainment" folder and you restart the phone, all the stuff you moved before are back again to the default directory! This doesn't happen always, but it happen 2 times to me! And i moved about 30 games and 3 apps for no reason :)

                  I will update again my review and wright about the positive, negative and bugs of the W960i.

                  In da 960 there is no "Games" folder in the "Entertainment". The games you install can be found at "Main Menu - Tools" but you can also move them to the "Entertainment" folder. I aint know if da Media Manager can convert vbr or what is called. GGG - UNIT 4 LIFE THUGGG!

                  Look dawg... Go to www.download.com and search and download for Nero 8 Ultra. It has only a the demo that works fully till April if i remember well. The File is about 200 Mb.

                  Then download also the DVD Decrypter from the same site, and copy the DVD Transformers.

                  After that holla at me and i'll help you.

                      it will show u the themes currently in the phone.

                        was going to get w960i then f490, found out there was no autofocus, and now back to w960i. haha.

                        if sony would make this phone w/ 5 mp autofocus and built in 3.5 mm jack, along w/ wifi b/g, i would j!zz my pants and buy it immediately.
