it doesnt matter if its 16 million or 16 trillion colors on a mobile phone....the res remain same....except the fact that the more colors....the more battery life it will consume

can you distinguish the difference between 256 and 16m colours on a mobile phone screen? no, it's too small. unless you're talking about the space inbetween pixels but that would be delving into quantum mechanics and last time i checked there are no quantum mobile phone displays.

not everyone wants or needs GPS on their phone. in fact about 90% of people don't.

a 200mhz processor is more than adequate to deal with phone and multimedia tasks. i have never experienced any problems using SE phones, the UI and applications are always super fast with no lags or crashes whatsoever. WLAN b is fine for a mobile phone, you're not going to be doing any heavy torrenting or massive downloads and having an older WLAN specification will increase it's compatibility with older routers etc.

all SE walkman phones come with a 3.5mm jack adaptor. what the hell are you talking about?
a huge list of features doesn't make a phone any more user friendly or pleasurable to use, you need to stop getting giddy about whats on a phone's white paper and focus more on usability. but you won't will you, you probably won't touch any phone unless it exceeds the list of features of the N95.

Nokia can neither compete in sound nor in camera with SE.
Listen to W series sets sound quality and then try n73me and feel the difference. Even in cameras SE is much better..I challange you to comapre 2mp cameras of SE like k750, w800 and w810 with ANY nokia 2mp cam..you will be surprised how good SE cams are.
As for 3 MP..K800 is a monster that can even compete with N95..yes...K800 3MP is such a great camera that it can match N95 5 MP...read the comparisons on the net which show that and with xenon flash K800 beats the hell out of N73 at night easily.
Stop promoting nokia as it is lots of useless features and LESS performance...whereas SE is great features great performance.

Ok! N82 has EDGE + HSDPA which W960i doesn't have. My W810i supports both EDGE and GPRS and when i use da internet there's no difference! The speed is slow although EDGE speed is about 236kbps!!! And the real download speed is about 7 kbps Maximum!! But i have to admit that EDGE works well only at night when the network traffic is low! Also HSDPA speed is 3,6Mpbs! It sounds very cool but in reality it is a little bit faster than 3G. A frienn of mine has the W910i which supports HSDPA and it didn't excite me. I don't know, maybe u have to climb a cellphone antenna in order to use to the fullest the HSDPA technology. But with Wi-Fi u will have definately stable and high speed internet all the time! That's 4 sure!
Also u said that N82 has motion sensor. What motion sensor? Is it like the W910i when u rotate the phone rotates and the menu and something like that?

I repeat...compare any 240x320 resolution sets of se and nokia and see that there is not much difference..16m sounds great BUT on a mobile screen it does'nt many much difference...I have seen some dispay screens by SE that look much brighter much clearer and much pleasent to eyes compared to a nokia with 16m display.
Have you seen w950i display???its one of the best and clear display that can compete with any nokia and yes its 256k.

buddy u mentioned it.n82 has got everything(digital camera+ultimate speed 4 internet+16 million colour+motion sensor&many more).it will take hrs 2 write all da features.

other mobile companies are now integrating 16M TFT displays, like samsung, motorolla & ofcourse nokia.. there is nothing wrong integrating those screens, in fact there is a light ambient sensor, to auto adjust the brightness depending on the soroundings to save energy. with 16 M colors,displays are vivd, sharp and has amazing color depth..

As for the bragging about higher resolution..let me tell ll of you who actually have no experience I believe that 16m on a mobile screen is useless is crap..a waste of battery and nothing else. I have seen SE 256k screens and 16m nokia screens and a human eye cannot make much difference..in fact I have seen some se sets that looked more briht more clear and more pleasent to eyes.
Compare any SE set with 240x320 resolution with same resolution of nokia and you WILL see there is not much difference but 256k means MORE battery time..get it??
