touchscreen is good
processing is good
camera is weak
hanged only thrice up to now
when the memory is full processing is acceptable
I think that this phone is an exception in SE. coz you have a smart toch walkman.

hey guys.actualy im on the fence.im gonna buy a touch cell and i cant choose between W960 and P1.w960 is realy beautifull and got 8gig flash memory but i read so many complains about its touchscreen and processing speed.on the other hand p1 is more reliable but the key pad is hard to deal and the memory is realy tiny and even is not enough for my girlfriens pics. anyway id be absolutely gratwfull if you help me and reply me .....

Google it to download it.....and there's no built-in function to do that!!

hey hello guys,im wondering if theres actually anyway to activate number pads on the screen for calling(if there is any). cause there was some cases when my phone lags and it shows flashes of soft number keys,im wondering if it can be really activated

w960 doesnt hv navigator keys like up down left right key~ do u ever think tht if the touchscreen is not working then how u select the menu without those navigator keys?

I hate SE! because I loved W960. but when i wanna buy it, it was soooo expensive. and now it is so cheap! but now i don't want it
i'll never buy any SE.!!!!

DV, 03 Mar 2009One more thing... the touchscreen of iPhone is the best, li... moreThis is the best,i have ever used.i have tried all phone in compare to this phone.960i is no.1 and please do not copare the sound quality with i ph. i m using the the touch screen i pod n it dosent stand any were in front of my w960i,n please never with nokia,wether it is n99 or n1000 or whatever. ya some times slow.m also have prob with lcd.i slept om it,next morning not working,send it to service center.
camera is good mainy in macro it is like microscope,4better photo in nite need sone ajustment in britness.data transfer speed is mind blowing. what to write more use it n feel it. i m fan by heart of SE because it is SONY not nokia not i j l m phone.
next is the monster IDOU.

At first i kinda doubt about this phone.. i am stuck between n82, n95, g900 and w960.. in the end. i decided to use w960.. initialy i soft of worry bout all those complain about insensitivity of touchscreen, slow and etc.. after 4 months. indeed this the best phone i ever used..
1) touchscreen is superb
2) the software is great ( and iphone theme instaled this ROX)
3) 8G is great.. dun even can fill it to max ( unless put movie into it)
4) walkman is great. eventhough the speaker not crystal clear like nokia dua-speaker.. headset esp walkman.. POWERFUL
5) camera relatively alrite.. not that bad as reported.. for moderate quality, thats more than enough
6) speed ok, a bit slow but still can be acceptable
7) not dat hand as reported.. so far so good.
8) wifi is great..

currently im using w595 and feel sick to use slide phone..so im thinking to buy w960
~i hv read thru the comments abt W960 n most of them saying tht the touchscreen is not working properly and not reliable~quite worry if i bought w960~
but now i dont hv any choices~i only prefer SE w series touchsreen phone~any suggestion? thx!

Hi,i have some problem wth my w960 screen,it since that i cant press the calls, menu, more on the screen i need to press on the previous,play,next screen to go to my menu or calls and unlock also.Can somebody tell me what happen to my phone???
