i'm no fan of n95 but people who say W960 IS MUCH BETTER than this or that phone are ridiculous. you haven't even held this phone in your hands yet! i'm a bit a bit suspicious about the battery life of w960 - 900mAh (less than n95), that's not much for such a feature-packed device - wi-fi, large screen.. just don't say it's better/worse than.. if you have't used it yet

The navigation for this phone is the touchscreen. There is also this jod dial thing and back key.

hello to all fans of SE.i have now nokia 3510i and its good but now new nokias N-series suckssssss.to fat,to big and battery is crap.i have now enough money to buy this phone.N95 black edition can hide.SE w960i is much much better.you can listen 27 hours mp3.this is probably one of the best phone in the whole world.i cant wait to buy it.

i thought of gettin n apple iphone later dis year...but upon seein dis...it completely blew dat thought away!!! i mean WAT else cud u want i a fone huh?? 8GB, 3.2MP, walkman touch player...n its TOUCHSCREEN!!! heck im gonna buy it fer watevr its worth wen it coms out!!!!!

Only one thing puzzles me on this amazing (almost perfect) gadget... the Navigation system.. I cant find a 4-way or a 5-way navy key on the keypad.. to my co-SE lovers, please enlighten me coz im planning to buy this phone... helphelp! thanks!

To Chan on 5th page,
u dont need to use the official software to recieve, or give files to your sony ericsson phone, if u have a Windows, just plug in ur phone into USB and go under my computer and it'll show up as a removable drive, thats what i do with my SE K790a, works perfectly
This phone is impeccable!!! i love the fact that they made the numberpad not touch and indeed pressable buttons i would hate the iphone, u would touch buttons with ur face, this phone is greaat! its 8gb storage is perfect, its 3.2 mp camera is still impressive for a mobile device, even with all the phones with 5mp out ther...disappointed with the lack of a xenon flash and BestPic but still great! also love the fact that it has a secondary videocall camera, the N95 might try to roll everything into one but they failed, the camera may be high mp but the quality is still not great, its too large and it is indeed a jack of all trades but a true master of none, This phone on the other hand is a jack of all trades and the master of MUSIC! this phone is amazing and i will do whatever i can to get my hands on one:P can barely wait!! release it sooner!!:D

This phone is good.
I got the little brother SE w950i and hopefully I'll get the big brother when it will come to Norway in october/november 2007.
After i bought w950i I kinda missed to take photos of friends and such, it was kinda sad, but I knew it didnt have camera tho it had a very good mp3 player. w960 will be a better sucess than the little borther I think. I think so because it has camera with recording possibility.
ME want this phone :D and I'll get it.

I like tis design alot beta than 850. But wanna check out if the screen touch is very sensative at the beginning but gradually not. Really dashing phone but too bad don hav Xenon Flash like tt other Cyber Shot phone. I'll check it out wen it's launch!

Yea it should hold unlimites SMSs cause my M600i has no limits...I have about 1800 msgs in it now...and this one is based on it..OS and all being the same...go SE...trash your oversized N-series people...they are nohthing but paper weight...and expensive ones..:)

This is going to be my first Walkman phone, and I think I'm gonna love it. I've owned a SE K800 earlier and I think it was alot better than my current Nokia N76. Nokia sux. GO SE!!

i had a w800i, but the message storage is somehow limited to round 200...

nice Phone COOL DESIGN!!! powerfull feature but still i'm really still hoping that SE renew the OS symbian UIQ cuz based on the previous W950 and M600 both having problem because the proccesor of the phone couldn't take the OS so it has a very slow response(and i mean really Slow) this phone has 8GB of hard drive? huff, if the proccesor still the same... it's going to be sooo hard For this Phone to survive..so is best that SE try to update their proccesor! but overall i give a Seven for the phone..by the way a Word for SE your P990 SUCKS BIG time!
