Great phone! It looks sooooooo beautifull!! One thing, in the news announcement it is stated that this phone will be offered with the new DS220 bluetooth headset, this is highly unlikely since it is pictured on official photo's with the new HPM 90 headset with build in display-remote. I hope it will be the latter, it rocks!

Who cares if it hasn't got infra-red? Who even uses it? This is the phone that the W950 should've been.

Why people are moaning about useless fiture like infrared or edge. it have bluetooth and umts. helooo???

Some will say that is the perfect phone because it has the Specs to be the one but I wonder the price of it I mean if P1 has 600 euros this one must cost at least 800 with 8 gb memory.My point is that the perfect phone must be on a low price otherwise whats the point.I think we must wait and see. It is very easy to build something with no price limit the trick is to build something that people can buy it

the iphone is for the cool crowd, if you think that apple is the best, then fair enough. but there is no denying that this phone is awesome and has a proper keypad, innovate scroll wheel and a touchscreen. this is your phone, music player and camera all in one. if there is only one phone apple should be worried about, it is this one. superb, i think nokia will release a similar model, but this is definitely something i would buy.

The lack of EDGE technology made the finest phone weaker to its competitors.It could beat all the Nokia N Series had the EDGE technology been there.It could attrach more clientele in countries where mobile phone industry is rapidly growing but are yet to serve 3G facilities.....

Can't see what your going to use infrared to. I'm at least going to use it. It just looks a bit ugly.

Wow...both toucscreen and keypad with 3.2mp and 8gb internal memory???that's really awesome..for me this will be the best Walkman phone...i wonder how much...if $500 US will be great..walkman 3.0 edition..great!!!

further more, since the iphone 's only has a 3.5mm jack for its headset, if you use your own headphone, then you will be unable to make calls with your own headset. with the w960, one can use his own headphone with the remote which has an imbedded headphone. the remote can be seen in one of the pictures one GSMarena

this will destroy the iphone anyday. thank you SE for finally putting an end to the iphone fanboy frenzy about how no phone is in the same class in terms of size, design, and functionality as the iphone. well this one beat anything the iphone has.

well, according to me, everything seems ok, except the 3.5mm Jack & Mini USB port !!
Y did SE did not put them, as these are today need in every Smart Phone !!

omfg....who uses infrared anyway?!?! I love the fact that on this site everyone completely judges a handset, praising it gloriously or condeming it to the pits of mobile phone hell....all before it's even released or even used by the individual!

according to some sources: PC to Phone transfer rate is 1Gb @ 3 seconds. not bad right?
