I've been using this phone for many months now. recently the touch user interface is giving me trouble. the right side of the screen is become insensitive to touch. what can I do..? any ideas?

Y... moreMaybe because you don't know how to make W960 faster.. try turn off handwriting recognition and transition, use simple static small size theme ( do not use flash theme, close unused open application in task manager, do not full your storage. Hope it works.

DV, 30 Nov 2008I can currently use W960i, nd i prvsly had N82 fer sumtym, ... moreyoure N82 will die after just 4months of roughtly used,, because it has ribbon or flex,, N82s loudspeaker was louder,, but interms of music CLARITY & DETAILS,,sony ericssons speaker are far more have quality,, even youre grandmother can tell that?!?! duh?!?! Just try to compare for example,, the k700i and N70 speakers lol??!!? although N82s are feature packed (can install 3rd party software) you cannot almost used those nonsense applications for youre day to day working basis,, only for kiddie entertainment,, for camera,, maybe youre using the CRT black & white Monitor of youre granfather??? why dont you use LCD screens or plasma so that you can see the REAL difference??!?? a contrast Ratio of 8000:1 may help so that you can see the real colors?? and help yourr Blurry eyes?!? and i Can bet my house and my mercedes just to prove to you that sony phones are much FASTER than nokia slow operating OS?!? are you sure you know what youre talking about?? dont compare apples & oranges...

Dani, 01 Dec 2008W960i is better ......Nonsense Dani! I have W960i since Januray 2008, it's only better in terms of looks and music. Everything else in N82 is better! So it's a tough decision - I still would go for W960i though cos of beautiful size and looks - my opinion.

Anonymous, 01 Jan 1970I can currently use W960i, nd i prvsly had N82 fer sumtym, but frankly speaking, N82 is better...If u want gud pics, obviously N82 all the way, nd for music W960i's earphones r awesome nd loudspeaker is ok with gud bass, N82's earphones r also very gud [but W960i's earplugs r better], nd N82's loudspeaker is also very loud nd gud...So in short, buy N82, nd also W960i uses UIQ which is now officially dead!! Oh ya, nd abt K850i [i forgot], jz chuck tht crap phone, only it looks lil gud....LIL...nd camera is gud but N82 is way better nd music suks, srsly!!

in my country price W960 only $ 300-305. its funtastic!!!!!!!! you know how many price when W960 in store first???
