i just brought the W960i.
and i feels that it is good :]
the stylus works really well.
but using finger to touch the screen will be better haha. more easy :P

But Nick's been whining about a 3.5mm jack for a couple of months now - it's like he's desperate to complain about this phone and that's the only thing he can truly justify moaning about. Everybody else seems to agree that it's nothing worse than a minor inconvenience, with the operative word being minor. Still, if it makes him happy, maybe we should leave him alone...

guys there is no point in comparing the xpess music phones to w960i coz the 5310 doesnt work more than 1.7 gb and futher you add data the phone surely hangs while the w960i 8gb works really.

but reverant, its a music phone
it should be easy to just plug in and go.
i know it's effort when i used to have an LG needing an adapter, it sucked

yeah walkman is superior than xpressmusic phones in terms of music quality and battery life..
More colors, lesser battery life.. thats why SE sticks only at 256K colors... to maximize the phone usage and to be practical..

its just stupid n... more5310 & 5610 are the 2 most popular xpress music phones... out of whic 5310 has a 3.5mm jack & 5610 doesn't & 5310 does not have that good loudspeakers...
I agree 5610 is a good phone but not better than W960i in terms of earphone quality...
Anyways i don't care about the jack, i just care about the sound quality coming out of the earphones which is the best in W960i!

fps,video bitraten audio bitrate etc ?

the new ipod nanos are about 4mm thick and they still have them.

this is why xpressmusic phones are better.

I bought this phone a week ago from Hong Kong. I reckon it is exactly the same phone as Telstra or Optus sell for much higher price. I had Sony Ericsson P910i before, so I managed to install and adjust everything quite quickly. The only problem I can’t solve and I would like to ask this question to everyone who have this phone. I can’t find any video player on the phone !? It sound strange because it plays demo video somehow. But multimedia folder show only phone camera and I can’t find any player for Avi movies. I installed Quick time player from the original disk and synchronized it with the phone. Then I checked any single folder for ANY video player and couldn’t find anything !? It sounds very funny but it is true. Do I need to download a different video player from the Net of I was looking in the wrong place ? I also tried to reinstall and repair the PC Suite and Media Manager but it didn’t help. Do you have any suggestion ? Thanks.
