OMG suddenl... moreSame with me,i was trying to transfer some photos from my phone to pc then later my phone screen become black and never come back to life lol...They have power but looks like screen is dead...Good phone i had for 2 years but now have to look for another phone to buy...

i am writing this feedback which i am fad up with sony ericsson.my name is puspha. i need this feedback to be send and ask them to call me.i send my phone for repair cause my phone power was not avaliable to on.then i send it for repair. but sony ericsson company did not repair my phone ! its terrible.ask them to call me

AnonD-4072, 28 Apr 2011is it include the keyboard and the whole body ? OMG suddenl... moreas far as I know my SE phones sometimes do develop some problems with the charger, sometimes the connector gets loose and doesn't charge.
You can try to fix te contacts on the charger (they get slightly bent downwards) or clean the contacts on the phone because they can get dirty and prevent the phone from charging

naveen, 23 Apr 2011even i was looking for the case ...i hav asked in ericsson ... moreis it include the keyboard and the whole body ? OMG suddenly my phone dont want to turn on. last night i run out the batrey,then in this morning i recharge,it blink once the red indicator behind and screen light but after that no batrey recharge indicator shows,i wait 1 hrs it did not recharge,i even cannot turn on the phone. i already pull out the batrey and put back and recharge again but it same. anyone ever got problem like this in this W980 ? help....

Ur fone has a lite sensor. When it faces sun or ambience, it sense it and ìts britnes ìncreases n keypad lights turn off. Vice versa

i am luking in the net and seeing the specification of the phone its seems that not only it is good luking but also had a good battery back up i personally thought that it rates should be litle lower than it is existing in the market
