The camera is very good, the pics comes out nice n with good clarity but you have to make sure your hand/camera is very still or else the pic comes out shaky. auto focus n flash are the only important things missing from this phone.
Sound is quality is good with nice bass. I didnt find any negatives with this phone. the phone is prone to have finger prints because of the piano black finish.
Some of the applications are a little hard to find out in the beginning but once you get used its easy. havnt found too many softwares for this model but tons of wallpapers, themes n screensavers are available on the net.
got this phone abt 2 months ago for rupees 22k from mulund. havnt seen this phone at any store or with anyone so happy abt the purchase though it was pricey.
Overall an excellent phone. My earlier one was SE P910i.

Good look and sound but does it have Noise Canceling system like Crytal Talk of MOtorola or Voice Clarity of Nokia?
If compairing Voice Call quality in noisy place, which one is better between W980 and RAZR V9?
Does Sony have the mentioned system on the phone?

hows the keypad doing? is it smooth n easy to type? i heard that the cam isnt the proudest thing u could talk bout this hp. it should hv been made better alongside the goodness of the sound. but thumbs up.anyway.

Is w980 better than w910i....about the sound part. And can i somehow enlarge the sound quality and loudness on w910i.... thank you....

I am very dissipointed with the phone when I have it in my hand. The 3.2 MP camera works like a VGA camera. The vedio quality is not also so good. Even the w800i is better than I thought. But 8Gb Hdd is the only plus point for the phone. But it price is very high so I will prefer NOKIA n85 or n95.

2.2 inch display,not bad at all, as the phone itself is smaller than any regular candybar shape ones.
And imagine ,more larger the display,more the phone increases in size,specially 4 flip models , smaller they look better than oversized-when opened .

The battery life using walkman is fair to good. I enjoy heavy music listening when I go to work. I recharge every 2 days with some calls and moderate texting. It has greater sound reproduction both with the headphones and the loudspeaker than previous walkmans. I had w910, w580 and w850. The supplied cans is just great. And the loudspeakers are not tinny like w910 does.
