There are quite a few issues related to its firmware and all, even after the firmware update.. And it costs more than W995.. The choice is yours man..

tq. by the way is Aino really not a good phone as it is? i mean it design is really smart and also from the way it express it's functions. however, many reviewers complaint about this phone. actually, i'm in the middle of buying either 995 or Aino.

pros: Great sound quality, Strong batteries, Great cam, Decent memory. PlayMan Xtreme running.
Cons:Tends to freeze up, Can be slow. Turning on is slow. Earplugs good quality, but the connection is rubbish. SE should swap to 3.5mm standard.

You really shouldn't go by only a single per... morei think i figured out the problem...i was using my ipod headphones as opposed to the in-ear headphones that came with the set. The ipod headphones that don't really go in ur ear are terrible (funny, because when hooked up to an ipod they're pretty good), but the in-ear headphones are great. So problem solved pretty much. Except in-ear headphones are annoying as hell.

I m very very very angry to use my new phone W995!!!!!!!!!!Just in one month only my phone was automatic off the phone. And the function is very very low ,the WIFI cann"t open ,the Gps is also can not PLAY. As a result if you want to buy a new phone,you mnst better don"t choose SONY ERRISSON.the Nokia are better than se!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You really shouldn't go by only a single person's opinions on matters such as these, but if you look at the GSMArena review, or any other review on the internet for that matter, all of them say that W995 has an excellent sound quality.. I can't say what exactly might be the problem with your handset.. If the sound quality is bad for all the songs in your handset, it might be better to get it checked from your local Sony Ericcson service centre.. That's all i can suggest.... All the best with your phone bro..

The images look bad only if you zoom them to only god-knows-what level.. Otherwise the pics are just fine.. Its the video recording area in which N95 8gb totally beats W995..

i wanna ask bout the wifi...erm...hw cm my wifi not working outside...i mean...it oni works when i on9 at home...lines outside cn be connected but it doesnt reli work anyway...so....conclusion is...my w995 jz working at my home...haha...does anyone here noe the reason n cn it be repaired or anything else?

i just got a w995 and was really excited but the sound quality is terrible. i don't know if this is normal or a fixable problem...i imported my songs from itunes and the EQ on the w995 is totally messed up: no base, voice unclear and generally not loud enough...for example, if u import stayin' alive by bee gees u'll see what i mean. thoughts? tips? anything would be greatly appreciated...
