If it's o2, then they don't support delivery reports, but you have to type: *0# space then your message (0 is the figure 0, and not the letter o). With vodafone, or 3 and probably every other network, they do support delivery reports and a tick will appear against your message. I have to say Sony Ericsson fones do give you a full report of your text messages, when it was sent, when it was received, and if you forwarded the message on to someone else. Good old Sony!!!

dude.. u gotta connect your handsfree to the phone.. the mic is inbuilt in the earset and detects any voice commands only on that.. plus after that u gotta keep pressing the button on the handsfree to switch on the listening to voice command option...but even then it wont work properly in noisy areas.. only quiet environments.

This is the best sonyericsson phone i ever had but why it ring and vibrates atg the same time ,,,? and this is the only worst thing i have seen inthis phone,,, Otherwise its perfect,,, THUMBS UP for W995
