So,after this the phone will be working superfast! I did this,and my phone is working better than gingerbread!!!! Try it! You wont regret it! I dont want anything worse to you people! I am telling you the truth!!!

Jayce , 25 Aug 2012Did someone receive updates for the active? hows the perfor... more I've upgraded to ICS 4.0 !!! Working perfect!!! FASTER than Gingerbread 2.3! No overheating at all! Only problem is that you cannot root you phone that easy then before!!! That is the downside! you have to unlock the bootloader first,than flash a new ROM onto it,then you can root it!! AAH... :/

Better work on ICS than Gingerbread!!! Believe me! But when you done the upgrade,you have to factory reset your phone after that! It is very important! If you skip this step,your phone will be slow at all! After that you have to download IC LAUNCHER! It is much better than the stock launcher. You wont regret if you buy this little cute strong,fast smartphone! Perfect phone! With Ic LAuncher your battery will last long. And clean up your screen from widgets and icons at all,and use the circle launcher(this is a widget,not a launcher) So believe me,the phone is awesome! AWESOME! :) Buy it without hesitation. You will be happy with it.

works good on ics, but it becomes to laggy to the dialer and games! even force closed!
is there any updates for ics? or maybe I should downgrade it? how to downgrade it (I'm avoiding to root this phone bcoz it still have the guarantee)

2.3.4 dont upgrade TO ics 4.0 the phone will not work well,basic about games
