Got mine 3 days ago. Awesome Phone
Went for a run with it this morning and its picked up the GPS signal in seconds (and not minutes like my previous phone)
SE really put a lot of thought into this phone.

azure, 11 Dec 2011my one's display shows problem. its backlight sometime get ... moreit must be getting slightly dimmed as it work on the basis of light sensor, screen gets brighter in outdoor conditions and gets dimmed in indoors. Right now we cannot off our our light sensor there is no option to off it. There is exclusive paid app that is only available for xperia play which makes backlit stable in any conditions.
