my sony ericsson st17i is not working properly, after inserting of sim and when it is power on the phone gets switched on and later it gets switched off by itself. and the process of switched on and off continues until the battery is removed. but without sim it works fine. i have resored its factory setting its still the same. please help me out.

this phone has better performance and battery life if you running on CyanogenMod rom. i have installed CM 4.2.2 for now and it's great

this phone is great..but its much greater if u have xperia active dual..hheheh..u know what my phone battery now lasts for more than 72 hrs by just using gsm network mode...and i can still use everything even if im not using wcdma/gsm network..isn't great huh?..

is anyone here whose xperia active battery will last for 48 hours or more? coz i just bought mine last sept 19 and the longest life of my battery is only 24 hrs (just standby mode and few call and text usage).. but if i play music for 2 hrs or play games for 30 min.. it will only last for more or less 20hrs..is this normal? any one pls ans...

i have upgrade my xperia active to 4.0.4 jelly bean but my phone is now very slow & i can not downgrade my mobile again so plz help me out its working very slowly

What is the cause when people are not hearing you properly except when using loud speaker ? Why ? & how do you fix it ? , TA !!

i have buyed sony xperia active two weeks ago starting battery was ok but now its getting off due to low batt very fast even percentage is showing 92 but its getting off can you suggest me why its happening so and whats the remedy for this

I hace Xperia active, how can I expor... moresync your phone with a GMAIL account, sync the phone-book, and it will sync the contacts, also you can check your contacts settings so you can chose what information you want to backup, once it is synced you will be able to share those contacts and all that information with any other phone you want as long as it supports gmail sync

I bought this phone 3 days ago, i am impressed, it goes ok to the last detail. a very complete experience powered by Sony. The only problem , is that the light sensor is very sensible, an if you are using ur cellphone indoor with artificial lighting, the screen sometimes flick a lil bit, but it´s ok, very good phone indeed, i never were so happy with a phone, i came from a samsung galaxy ace, and it fell to the floor at a height around 40 cm, and the touchscreen went bad, i took the phone to technical service, it worked ok by several months and from a day to another, it went bad again, so i decieded to change the phone, and i chose this one, and i dont regret about it. sorry for my low quality english.

my phone once drop into a pail full of dirty AV-GAS(aviation gasoline)..fyi av-gas is way thinner than water..after a quick clean-up,my phone working normally..and i soooo proud of my phone..

The rest of the specs are cool but battery is the biggest problem, i set everything on the lowest level and closed and cleaned unnecessary apps but battery run outs fast
