I think this is the best rugged phone ever.Guys who are posting the phone shattered is just fake.The phone built is such a way that the glass can never shatter.That too its more tougher than gorilla glass.

I accidentally drop my Xperia Active on the floor and it easily shattered the glass. but the phone still working....I thought this was a tough phone. now im looking for service center to have repaired.

Yes guys, battery lasts + 40% more if you update phone to ICS Android 4.
VERY IMPORTANT! Make a factory reset after or before update!!
Also, who doesnt know, if your update is not showing up the phone menu, than connect it with USB to COmputer and go to sonymobile.com to download SONY PC SOFT and update will be found for SOny Sctive!

hi all.. i'm using active for 6 months and feel that its ok after all..
but for to improve i suggest we can have the new batt replacement with more better batt life..
i suggest do not upgrade it to ics to avoid some functional error..
