I got my Arc yesterday and let me tell u its a wonderful phone
The headphone is christal clear
Speakers play as good as the headphones
Screen is wonderful can't complain
Battery life is good way better than my X8
The phone comes with a screen protector in the box
Camera is wonderful
Video recording good and playback is excellent with crisp sound
I will let u know more as the days go by

Hey guys I m back again..No problems with my phone..Having it for 6 months already and it is still in perfect condition..Really honoured to buy this handset..Excellent device...Not a single lag..Aft the latest software I was able to watch movies with crystal clear sound I also notice that the music is a bit more natural and clearer than bef the update..Recommend to anyone who want to buy this

hy guys how do i get back to my default navigation voice on xperia arc.as mine uses pico engine and the voice output is kinda not clear as it used to be.

My Sony Experia Arc is still runnig at 49 percent after 2days and 13houres and 40minutes. This is realy great, the battery does its job. I used the phone only for standby , listen 40 minutes to radio and have a couple of calls.

Is it Sony Ericsson Arc cannot upgrade version through phone like HTc, must Download the upgrade version ( ie 2.3.3) from website??? is it very trouble or very easy ???

I a... moreFirmware update and software update is just the same, your pc companion will notify u if u have the update for your phone, if you cant wait for the update, u can just flash your phone. Hope that helps u with your concern. By the way the update is very good, my arc is performing even better.

unsatisfiedcustomer, 09 Aug 2011I bought SEXA in May this year & I admit it was great f... moreyou correct sam problem here,stupid phone from sonyericson mine now goes blank all the time and you have to remove the screws open back cover remove display connector and put back then works for oen day en the back to blank.

Nice phone for anybody. My main problem with my previous phones were battery usage. I had a HTC and Motorola. Both eats battery.

I bought SEXA in May this year & I admit it was great for a while, but after using it for 2 months, a couple of problems started to occur. First, when the messages get too long the phone lagging. Second, I was on WhatsApp & all of a sudden the screen turned blank (black). But I can still receive text messages, calls & I was able to slide-to-unlock to answer, that's it. Not much to do when the screen goes black. I tried switching the phone off & on again (even removing the battery & putting it back in), still the same outcome. So, I went to the service center to get it fixed & they told me they will get it fixed in AT LEAST 3 days. IT'S BEEN 2 F*CKING WEEKS NOW! Heartbreaking much? I'm probably your most unsatisfied customer SE, therefore I command a BRAND NEW one. Your service sucks!
