samsung uses android os and you are a samsung fanboy
so you diss sony ericsson for using the same os as your samsung products you boast about

and again i have another question for you why is samsung getting sued by apple , because they have no originality and they copied the design of iphone

only nokia, sony ericsson and blackberry produce phones with good quality and durability. I will never buy a samsung product coz my samsung digicam lasted only for eight months. But my older nokia and sony ericsson phones few years old still works fine.

Period.yes ,arc is the best single core smartphone avail in the market today.dual core is not needed for now.Sony already has quad core gaming console(PS vita),which is unbeatable in the market.so they have tech but they are waiting for the perfect time.

(Android) Other brands are investing heavily in their own OS and also investing heavily in new technology. But Sony Ericsson has shown itself to be just a copy cat in all aspects. Sitting back, watching and copying others brands .
With Android, Sony Ericsson is reduced to being nothing more than a me-too vendor that will be eaten alive eventually. This decision is really about SE focusing on a single platform as they're not capable of supporting any more platforms, a dramatic sign of how the once mighty have fallen.
It's a shame they've had to make this decision. It would be great to see other vendors support and offer Symbian devices alongside Nokia, but if that doesn't happen then Nokia are more than capable of going it alone, or with just the Japanese vendors.
SE doesn’t have the resources to support multiple platforms, particularly any platform that requires a modicum of intellectual investment as is the case with Symbian.
The days of SE are limited and within 2 years SE will collapse.

Can some Arc user tell,how app performance is in general? Is it slow or jerky? The 512 MB ram looks a bit worrying.
