I personally use it , no frnt cam , application memory 398 only, presently using galaxy tab having 16 gb, 2gb room for apps, smooth multitasking , video calling,
main lagging point of arc is low pwr bttry**

And the Stupid is GSM-Arena who allows you to vote a phone with 1, 2, 3, and 10! We're not here to judge broken phones, there's no phone deserves to be rated 1, 2 or 3 as you got the basic functions in every cellphone. And no phone is perfect 10!

abhi, 10 May 2011There r a lot of SE haters who constantly keep downranking ... moreI agree with you but the number of se lovers is high too.by the way both se play and neo that were among 5 top phones till yesterday arent even among 15 phones of the ranking and interestingly samsung phones are raising in it and this is in condition that mort of them have thousands votes already and this make me concerned about the health of the ranking which seems to be samsung oriented.

There is a big fraud in the ranking.se arc has lost /100 points since yesterday. Its impossible.it had 8.878 points yesterday and now it has 8.778 points i cant understand this.

@new - if you want the secondary camera you can go get the Xperia Neo. It's pretty much has the same specs as the Arc just with a secondary camera.
For us Aussies atm the Arc has been delayed again by Optus (no word on Vodafone AU) til late May/early June. It was meant to be out in late April

the way things are going max lifespan of a phone would be 6 months until an new tech will hit the smartphone industry, i think at the end of this year we will have a quad core or maybe a server phone :-)

I have a SGS2 for 3 days now, ok the features are the best, the dual core is better than arc (that my bro has it) but as for the camera i think they are similar not exactly as the review made by the Russian guy i saw so many review stating that arc is somewhat better in a slight diff, so conclusion:
Design & material quality: i'll go with SE arc nice looking with good quality material than the very cheap SGS2 look and material (BTW Samsung where's your taste????? never saw a good looking samsung phone)
Performance & features : i'll go SGS2 (SE must do something about it always outdated in features)
camera: same (in an amateur way, who's gonna see diff like the reviews examining the contrast and brightness in micro units...)
screen: SGS2 (to be honest iphone Retina is the best and i hate iphone but)
so i don't think that u can compare those 2 phones as which is better, since it's up to you if you want "looks" go arc, as for "feature & performance" go SGS2 (period).

nick, 09 May 2011ok, but can we all accept that there can be no comparison b... morethumbs up to that!
sgs2 is a good phone, even though single core can handle most things, but dual core will be the next must in the near future.
I am choosing between arc, htc sensation and sgs2 (hearing good stuff from them) and i am stuck.
