Hi,
Does anyone know how I can get rid of the initial lock of the phone?
My son has used the phone and forgot it.
I can not get the bootloader code if I can't get into the phone.
I have downloaded the latest CMmod for the Arc and want to flash this.
Is there another way to get the bootloader code? Can I install the CMmod?

solo, 01 Mar 2016my phone doesnt boot to the (desktop)i mean to the maiin me... moregot the same problem .. I went to the technician, I have been told that it was a software issue. I dont know if what they have done but they fixed it ..

my phone doesnt boot to the (desktop)i mean to the maiin menu but only displays the model(sony xeria) when ever i switch it on.it continues let that till i take off the battery.i have tried hard reset but its not working.please your help is required massively.

Thinking back, this was a very bad phone. After owning so many phones in the past, this was the one that gave me the worst experience. Low internal memory, bad wifi connectivity. But one thing is good about it, I have dropped it 20+ times and all it got was one tiny scratch on the screen.
