why xperia arc in sarawak is so little..i wait silver colour xperia arc for about 1 month oredi..but,still now, it is also out of stock...T.T Hopefully i can get it faster..i like it very much T.T

Xperia Arc is a sexy and stylish phone but it often gets heated up while calling....and the battery life is very less.

Eveyr application on android or any other platform for a fact will easily work on any phone with a processer thats 1Ghz with amazing smoothness. Though the hardware on the optimus sounds great, real life usage isn't as good as the arc. It all boils down to what you use your phone for. If you want great pictures videos and music then i recommend the arc. It might be a wee more expensive but its woth it. If you are only going to use your phone for all the basic stuff, then buy the optimus and save some money for something additional.

N8 is not even close to Xperia Arc. SYMBIAN is the most most boring and otdated OS available in the market and spec wise...Arc is way ahead...even after spending a huge amount N8 still dsn have a 1Ghz processor and has only 256 MB RAM..What a joke :P

N8 has very poor quality of pic n resolution also. ther is no compar of N8. becuse xperia arc is far far better then N8.

hi.according to my opinion sony xperia arc is better than n8. i hav use both phone.i found xperia arc has far far better pic quality then n8. and symbian is out dated system n android is the future. arc has far better video quality then n8. im very dispoint about n8 in compare to arc. xperia arc is best phone

Compare to Nokia N8, N8 is the best compare to Sony Ericsson XPERIA Arc, this mobile even though it contains good features but compare to nokia N8 i can say nokia N8 is the best. Why beacause, N8 has 12 megapixel camera, it also contains HDMI out put, you can use pendrive also, HD quality video. This ARC doesn't have secondary camera as a 3g mobile it should contain secondary camera. but it doesn't have it. but N8 has all the features even DIVX files also played in N8.only drawback of N8 comapre to Arc is that size of the moniter. it is 3.5 inches but Arc is 4.2 just .7 difference. From my point of view Nokia N8 is the best. we can use third party application also in N8 because it is Symbian 3 OS. but we cant use third party application in Android. of course speed is depending upon processsor i think 680 Mhz speed is enough. it is fast because it is 3g speed. It depends upon the internet speed alos. according to my opinion Nokia N8 is standard go for it.if you want big screen 4.2 inches then you can go for Arc.

T, 02 May 2011does it have photo and video editor ?It has a great camera. and you can download many different picture additors by android market.. a lots of apps! free and some with a little payment :)

hi!have been through a lot of varied opinions on the net (and here)about the arc - i think its a very very good handset. am planning to buy the arc; am waiting for the launch of sgs2 in India to compare the screens of both phones (and hoping for SE to slash the price :-)). i think comparing the veiwing angles is rubbish - i'd never use my phone looking at it from a wide angle! also i wont be using 3G a lot, so processor speeds shouldn't matter much (somebody correctly pointed out that most users don't access even 50% of their phone's capabilities). It'll boil down to the screen comparison for me. has anyone actually compared the screens together (in places where SGS2 is available?) also the reviews say the bravia engine kicks in only when viewing photos and videos - does it also switch on during games?

Just got this phone about a week ago and absolutely love it! i wasn't so sure in the beginning in terms of reviews and such and a terrible experience with the x10, but the batt quality as well as smoothness of the screen is quite impressive.

after reading the specs of this phone on "Sony Ericsson XPERIA Arc preview: First look" and "Sony Ericsson XPERIA Arc review: Android de Triumph" its not the camera who is carrying this phone its the specs and the things you can do with this and besides all of the people are looking for is here HDMI port , 3.5mm jack , USB port , etc.. just read it and think its worth it.. its not always how good is the camera its how good your phone will perform.. yeah n8 has a 12 mp camera right.. check the processor its just 600MHz.. sony erricsson is producing the phones in the market no doubt..
