from xperia arc or blackberry torch?

I have N8 and ARC now. ARC es very good performance, but battery falls too fast.
Android launch various applications which constantly exhausted the battery.
It is not normal to charge twice a day ....

of course arc is more beautifull and more balanced device(ergonomic processor bettery life),but sgs2 has way more powerfull processor!)

hei guys,am planing to buy xperia arc or pro.bt i need a qwerty keyboard and secondry cam.it wil be my 1st android.is there any file manager in 2.3 gingerbred.and which cel is beter xperia pro or arc.

thanx for the advice,i'll defin8ly consider it now...though i love my sgs and would love to own sgs-II...but i think i've had enough of samsungs "childs play" with the sgs-II release dates x-(
and of course...neednt to say,i do love the beauty of the arc !!! it seems like,good time to rejoin SE family i guess ;-) !!! cheers....

and about hands on experience,i can tell you for sure it is much better galaxy s,display,processor,UI,camera,battery life,design,and one more very important for me thing it fits PERFERCT in hand,no really,even better than iphone4,and it feels so thin,seriously guys SUPER!!!)

It's the 20 top best phone according to Techradar which is useless because Arc, Desire, Galaxy S cannot stand against the Optimus 2X, HTC Sensation, Galaxy S2 and Moto Atrix. Give us a link of best sell with Arc or any SE phone as number 1. Even in Canada.

tired of waiting for SGS-II,blody samsung x-( !!!really need a device which can replace my samsung galaxy s-i9000,what do u reckon guys???
and...can someone please tell me,weather arc supports video formats like MP4/DivX/XviD/WMV/H ???nothing written in the specifications about it...anybody with hands on experience??? TIA,cheers :-)

Great phones!
I don't need the Arc, my old K810i is still very fine but the arc is driving me nuts! I know I don't need it, I know I shouldn't buy a phone so expensive but... I WANT IT!
Thinking of buying it anyway but still trying to be practical and resist the temptation.

I have been using this fone for 3 weeks now and I love it!!! Battery life is surprisingly good. Of course you cannot expect a smartfone to last a day if you keep the default settings on. But my arc lasts more than a day with heavy internet usage. If I keep internet/gps off then the battery last 1 and half to 2 days wich is superb! I would recommend people to keep GPS WiFi 3G EDGE turned off when not in use and see the battery do wonders. keep widgets for each service. also download task killer apps that wud kill any background app u r no longer using. If you follow these steps, any smartfone will last more than a day. I have switched many smartfones and Arc seems to be giving the best battery life of all. Credit goes to Gingerbread power management I suppose.
Looks are gr8 but Im a bit skeptical about the muscle of this mobile. the plastic looks cheap and the battery cover finishing is not good as your fingerprints become prominent there.
Great display, superb music, superb camera... this fone put a whole in my pocket but it was really worth it. Auto Brightness feature is also enabled in retail version. Plus my set came with a free HDMI cable. Hats off SE... u have created a marvel!

Is there a software program on the android market that could play avi and divx videos for the sonyerricsson arc?
And if there is a program
could it play 720p videos or what?
