@abhi: they sacrificed the unnecessary viewing angle to make the screen less reflective, and thats great.
@jaidev: yes as abhi said the loud speaker has a very nice quality and loudness. sort the page by rating and you'll be able to see a long comment about what the Xperia Arc offers.
@jack x10: yes mate, every phone has it's own users.
@userNOTabuser: apart from look, Arc has bigger screen, lighter body, probably more RAM (i'm not sure), second mic for noise cancellation and stereo recording.these are main diffs imo.

Friend -> hey dude what's special in this phone ?
Me -> This phone has great screen. If u look at the screen from 90 degrees the picture quality will remain same.
Friend -> great!! but where r u gonna use those great viewing angles ???
Me-> ?????????????????????????????????????
Everything goes blank................... No idea at all !!!

What´s the difference between (X1a - X1... more The X1a and X2a is especially for North America .X1a has NAM 3G bands while the X1i has EURO 3G Bands. That is the only difference.
NAM models always have a higher price, its always been that way.
No performance changes
Unless you need NAM 3G the X1i would be a better buy, and euro spec phones are prone to more frequent updates .

Nice one Abhi! What's important in a phone unit is it balance between technology and usability.
Yes, other handsets have the more better DualCore processor but that does not entail increase in speed unless programs/apps start utilizing dual threading. Unless dualcore processors follows the how the i7 series of intel works it will not give better speeds as the new intel processor do utilize the others cores to help in processing. Point two, this won't be needed as the Arc is meant for normal casual gaming unless one is planning to challenge the gaming portable (i.e NGP, 3DS)

Nobody watches movie in their phone from a 90/180 degree angle. No one operates their phone by keeping it at 90/180 degree angle. And if someone does this than it's one of the most weirdest thing to do !!!
It's a added benefit to have good viewing angles but for me viewing angles don't count at all.

both Neo and Arc are available for pre-order here in NZ as well. Neo is $200 cheaper than Arc. Neo my heart is with Arc but Neo gets extra brownie points bcoz of the secondary camera. can ne one share their opinions?? (apart from how awesome the Arc looks!)
