My preference is for the midnight black. It looks sleek and sexy, even though its attracts fingerprints.

As a full time android user, i feel that if the arc have atleast 4GB internal memory would be fine to have more apps handy. I think there is no enough apps to install in external memory from market.

im very interested with this phone and planning to buy this in a couple of months. with other new phones now having dual core processors, and the xperia arc having a single core 1ghz processor, will there be much difference on their performance? How about the arc having the future versions of android with its hardware specs? do u think this phone will be a great buy?

[deleted post]Unnoficial title of best phone of the year ??? I wouldn't think the "Arc" would even be in the race.

Samsung Galaxy2 or Motoriola Atrix ot LG 2X or LG 3X are the only real contenders with high specs and new technology for 2011.

                    Thanks for your replys.

@mobilemaster i will take a look over in satio forum, thanks.

How are you guys coping tho,i mean i am out walking in town and fone rings ,you have to look at screen to answer call unless it has send/end keys. Then walking and texting ,you can dance over buttons and whip off emails/texts/twitter tweets but using touch is rock hard.I have tried but full touch for me is a NO-NO.

Another exmple is web and your inputing stuff, half the screen is used by the onscreen qwerty?

I use word and spreadsheets for basic stuff which i can do on train then email to proper comp ready for printing.Say i am writing a letter for job.On train i can do all the wording ready for printing when get home.I also do weight training and budgets on spreadsheets on mobiles for about 4 years now.Not with a touchscreen its pointless.

Ahh well at least i am catered for getting xperia pro,i will come into arc forum for talks and help etc since they are nearly same superfones and we are all s/e fans (i also nokia fan). I am not hear to cause any complaints i suppose full touch is not for me.

I think arc will go straight to top of rankings when its released judging by votes etc its really caught folks eyes.

By the time qualcomm ships it's dual core, nvidia will come out with quad core processor.
SE and HTC r doing a huge mistake by depending on qualcomm.

The least three things if included by SE in Arc would have made this phone the best smartphone ->
                                      1. Front camera - it's damn easy to cram a from camera while keeping the thickness of phone same.
                                      2. Dual core processor - this thing also doesn't require any hard work. Take dual core processor from any of the suppliers and put it in the phone instead of single core processor.
                                      3. Oled screen - if Sony is using oled screens in their walkmans, TV's, PDA's and NGP than why not SE... ? SE could have asked Sony to supply them oled screens.

Expecting SE to include at least these things in their next dual core flagship.
